SSMMS Telangana

Sand Sale Management & Monitoring System (SSMMS) is an online portal launched by the government of Telangana State for monitoring and managing sand sales in the state. It was an initiative of Telangana State Minerals Development Corporation and the Department of Industries and Commerce, Government of Telangana State to make sand sale management effective in the state.

The introduction of the SSMMS portal has brought transparency to the sand sale business by providing sand to customers and stakeholders at affordable prices. It will also help remove third parties from the sand sale process, prevent the exploitation of rivers and the environment, and increase the government’s income. It also saves people time and effort. SSMMS also ensures that customers get good-quality sand.

The online portal provides a number of services to users. Some of the major services provided by the SSMMS portal involves:

• Customer registration- State citizens can register online without visiting the concerned office.
• Vehicle registration- They can also register their vehicles on this portal.
• Tracking of orders—Customers can easily track the status of their orders using their registration number until they are delivered.
• Interstate sand transportation activities- Along with the sale of sand within the state, it also manages the transportation of sand in other states.
• Sand order details- Customers get all the information and details regarding their sand order.
• Daily updates of orders, stockyard, booked quantity, available quantity, quantity delivered, etc.- Customers get daily updates related to sales and other details related to sand orders in the state.

Customer Registration at TS SSMMS

To become a customer on the SSMMS portal, you have to register yourself with the SSMMS portal. Before making any order, the customer needs to be registered with the portal. So, if you are also interested in registration, we have shared a step-by-step guide for registering yourself below.

• Go to the official website.

First, visit the official SSMMS portal, https://sand.telangana.gov.in, and then click on the “Registrations” link in the Menu bar.

• Select the customer registration option.

When you click TS Sand booking SSMMS “Registration,” a dropdown list will appear. You must select the “Customer Registration” option from the dropdown list.

• Enter Mobile No.

Customer registration step 1 will appear. You have to enter your mobile no. in the space provided and click on the “Send OTP” option.  An OTP will be sent to your mobile no.
A dialog box will appear for OTP confirmation, as shown below. You have to enter the OTP sent to your mobile no.

• Verify OTP

Once you have submitted the OTP, a verification message will pop up on the screen.

• Fill Application form

After confirmation of OTP, the step 2 form, i.e., registration form, will appear. In this form, you have to fill in customer information like district, village, house no., email ID, etc., identity proof information, and login details. After filling in all the information, click on the “Register” button.
After this, you will be registered successfully. To check whether you are registered or not, you can follow the simple instructions given under

Step I- Go to sand.telangana.gov.in.
Step II- Hit the “Registration” link on the homepage.
Step III- Click on “Customer Registered Link.”
Step IV-  A list of all the registered and verified customers will appear.

Step V- Search for your name by entering your “registered mobile no.”
Step VI- Check your verification and registration status.

This customer registered list basically indicates the customers’ names, mobile numbers, verification status, and registration status.

Book SSMMS Sand Online in Telangana

SSMMS portal has made the sand booking procedure convenient and more transparent. Once you have completed the TS Sand booking registration procedure and have successfully registered your name, you can proceed further with sand booking. To book an order for sand on the SSMMS portal, you can follow the simple steps shared below in easy-to-understand language-

• Step I- Go to the official Website.  

You have to start by visiting the official SSMMS portal, as mentioned above.

• Step II- Customer Login

You have hit the sand booking option given on the homepage of the portal.

• Step III- Enter Credentials

Candidates have to enter valid login details such as user name and password and hit the login button.

• Step IV- Select the district

Now, you have to select your district from the dropdown box.

• Step V- Select Stockyard

After selecting “District,” you have to select the “Stockyard” button.

• Step VI- Enter all the details  

Now, you have to enter all the required information in the fields provided. After filling in all the details, click on the “Register” button.

• Step VII-  Confirmation window appears

A confirmation window will appear and you have to click “OK” to proceed. After sand booking, the next window will be displayed. You have to keep booking no. Safe for future reference.

• Step VIII- Take the receipt

Lastly, click on the “Get Receipt” button to download and print the receipt. Keep the receipt safe for future correspondence. 

Track TS Sand Booking Order

From booking to delivery, customers can track their order status on the SSMMS portal. The complete process for tracking orders is shared under

• Go to https://sand.telangana.gov.in.  
• Click on the “Bookings” tab on the homepage of the portal.
• Select the “Track Your Order” option from the dropdown list.
• Enter the Order ID and click on the “Get Status” option.
• Finally, the status of all the undelivered orders will appear.  
• Enter the valid mobile no. to track the status of your order.

If you want to track the status with Mobile/Vehicle, choose the “track your orders mobile/vehicles” option. After that, you can check the order status by entering your registered mobile number and valid vehicle number and hitting the “search button.”

This list will include information about the candidates’ order IDs, Order dates, Vehicle numbers, Customer Names, Mobile Numbers, Order Status (active/cancelled/ suspended), and Delivery Status. 

Register Vehicle at Telangana Sand Booking

SSMMS also provides vehicle registration services. If you have a vehicle (Tractor/ Lorry) and you want it to be registered with the SSMMS portal for the transportation of sand, you can also do so. The complete procedure for vehicle registration is as follows-

• Visit sand.telangana.gov.in.
• Hit the “Registrations” tab given on the homepage.
• Click on the “Vehicle Registration” option.  
• The vehicle registration form will be displayed.
• Please enter all the requested information, such as the vehicle number, RC details, address, engine number, mobile number, etc., and then click on the “register” button.
• Finally, your application for vehicle registration will be submitted. 
• On successful registration, you will receive the registration no. You have to keep the registration no. safe.  

In case you have uploaded an invalid or blurred copy of RC, you have to upload it again. For that, you have to click on the “Vehicle Registration Updation” option and search for vehicle no. Upload a clear and valid copy of RC again. If it is not clear, then the vehicle will be blocked permanently.
