An appointment letter is an integral official entity that is handed over to the eligible person as a record of being selected among the multiple for a specific post.

In other words, it is a formal letter of consignment provided to a candidate in written format asking him/her to join the employment organization. Issued by the HR Manager of the company, usually on the first day, it bridges the gap between the two parties and warrants the future aspects of a contract.

Musts of the Employer and the Employee:
