Step 1: First of all you will have to visit the MeeSeva Online Portal. You can reach the website by clicking on the link shared above.

Step 2: The homepage will appear on the screen once you click on the link. The page will look like as shown in the picture below-

Step 4: Now, you have to click on the “Income Certificate” link.

Step 5: A login page will pop up on the screen. Now you will have a log on to the page using the login ID and password you decided on at the time of registration.

Step 4: After login, you will have to click on the tab from which you can get the certificate.

Step 6: The application form will appear and you will have to enter your details like Name, Father’s Name, Aadhar Card, etc. carefully in the space provided.

Step 7: To give proof of income to the department you will have to upload the required documents. To upload the documents, applicants will have to scan them first. The list of required documents will be available in the online form only.

Step 8: Now you will have to pay the fee. For this click on Show Payment and then hit confirm payment to process it. You can make the payment through any online mode.

Step 9: Once the payment is done you will get a receipt. Keep the receipt with you for future reference.

Step 10: Now the processing of the AP Income Certificate Application form will start.

Process of Request for Certificate

Once you fill out and submit the application form after paying the fee the process to release the certificate will start. Under this process, the user first receives an SMS. The SMS contains information about the progress of the application and the application number too. You will also be notified about the status of the processing of the certificate through this.
