AIBE Previous Year Question Papers
The All India Bar Examination or AIBE is conducted for all the law graduates in the country once they finish their education. The Bar Council of India has made this paper compulsory and the students who aim to practice law will have to compulsorily appear for the examination. Earlier, the examination was of an open book type. The students were allowed to search for the answers in their respective books at the time of examination and refer to them in order to write the test.
However, now the provision of consulting a book during the exam has been eradicated. This has surely complicated a few things for the students. If the present scenario is considered, they are required to prepare for the exam and then appear for it. If they are unable to qualify for the exam, they shall be denied law practice until they clear the test.
The examination for the year 2023 will be held on 5 February 2023. All the applicants who applied for the All India Bard Examinationm AIBE XVII will have to take the test on the notified date. Exam Pattern of All India Bar Examination AIBE
The candidates who are all set to appear for the examination of the All India Bar Council are suggested to check the examination pattern and prepare accordingly. There are multiple sections of the law that the Bar Council of India includes in the examination of AIBE. The candidates can appear for the examination in an online or offline format. They can choose either Paper-Based Test PBT or Computer-Based Test CBT. The authorities at the Bar Council of India conduct the test in 22 Indian Languages and English. It is up to the students in which language they seek to appear for the examination.
The exam is offered twice a year and it is of a qualifying nature which provides a certificate to declare the pass status. Furthermore, 19 subjects of low are covered within the syllabus of the exams and there are a total of 100 questions of Multiple Choice Questions MCQs type. Graduates are allocated 3 Hours and 30 Minutes in order to finish the exam. For each correct answer, the candidates are awarded 1 mark. The Bar Council of India conducts the exam Pan India in centres across nearly 50 cities and about 150 examination centres. If the prospects pass the exam, they receive a valid and nationwide accepted Qualifying Certificate for Legal Practice.
