Shaladarpan is an initiative of the Ministry of Human Resource Development under the Government of India. The Rajasthan Government implemented this idea of the Government to provide a common portal for the School Administration, Staff, and Students in Rajasthan Government schools. 4. The specific portal page for the Staff will open up.
5. Click on Staff Login in the topmost corner.
6. Enter the Username, Password, and Captcha. The captcha code is case-sensitive, hence it should be entered accordingly.
7. Click on Login to successfully sign in.

One-Time Staff Registration on Shaladarpan

The staff member, academic or non-academic, working in the Rajasthan Government Schools can easily register on the Shaladarpan portal. They will have to go through the One Time Registration or OTR and fill out the form. To do so, observe the ensuing method:

1. Open the Staff Window on the Shaladarpan portal.
2. Click on the Staff Login option.
3. In the Login Form, tap on One Time Registration for Staff Login.
4. The First Time Registration for Staff Login page will open up.
5. Enter the Staff Employee ID or Staff NIC-SD ID, Name as per the Shaladarpan record, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, and the Captcha as mentioned in the form. The captcha code is case-sensitive.
6. Press Submit.
7. The candidate shall receive the One Time Password or OTP. Confirm the details by entering the OTP.

• Search Schools: The citizens must tap on the Search Schools option. • NAS Question Bank: Students in Classes 3,5, and 8 shall attempt the National Achievement Survey exam or NAS. For that, the Rajasthan Government has aided the citizens with the NAS Question Banks through the Shaladarpan portal.
• Suggestions from Citizens: Apart from using th portal, the citizens can also give in their suggestions by entering the details and suggestions in the form.
• Reports: Tap on the Reports option to open the dropdown list. There are three types of reports that a citizen can check: School, Student, and Staff. Click on the respective option and complete the formalities to check the maintained data and records.

The portal can be used to download the important forms as uploaded by the Rajasthan Education Department for Kendriya Vidyala, which is the Government School. The users need to follow these simple steps in order to download the forms:
