UPSEE 2021 Syllabus: UPSEE is a State Entrance Exam of UP, to get admission into Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University of Uttar Pradesh. This exam is conducted annually by the university to give admission to students in varied courses like Architecture, Pharmacy, Management, Engineering, etc. With the UPSEE scores, candidates will be deemed eligible to get admission in any affiliated institution in Uttar Pradesh.

UPSEE 2021- About

The exam of UPSEE is held in an offline mode for 3-hour duration. All the questions asked in the exam are of Objective type form (on an OMR sheet), barring paper 3 which is a test for Drawing Aptitude. The examination has a detailed and specific paper format following the course you have applied for, so make sure to check out the paper pertaining to the course you’re applying, so you can prepare accordingly.

NOTE: Paper 3 will have two parts: Part A (Mathematics and Analytical Sensitivity) and B Part (Drawing Aptitude).

An aesthetic sensitivity test is to analyze your aesthetic perception, Imagination, Creativity, and how keenly you observe things whereas Drawing aptitude is more qualitative and examines your understanding of scale and proportion of things, perspective, color sense, and light effects on objects.

A1. Yes, students of other states also can apply.

Q2. Is there any age limit?

Q3. What is a lateral entry?

A3. Lateral Entry is for the students who seek admission after completing a diploma or any equivalent degree (like a Bachelors in science) in a similar course. So, they directly get into the second year of the course.

Q4. Is lateral entry available for every course?

A4. No. Such entry is limited to only few of the courses.
