GATE 2032 Syllabus:  GATE 2023 application submission process has commenced. With the introduction of two new papers (i.e. Geomatics Engineering (GE) and Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering (NM) this year there is a total of 29 subjects now in which candidates will be competing. The syllabus plays an important role as questions in the exam are based on the syllabi prescribed by the examination authority for all subjects. GATE exam is divided into two sections; GA and subject selected by the candidate. GA (General Aptitude) section of the exam is common all the candidates whereas questions in the second part are based on subjects opted by the candidates.

There are total 27 subjects in GATE 2023, among which two papers are newly added to the list. You can either appear in one paper or maximum in two paper in the examination. If you are opting for one paper only, then you can choose among all the 27^th subject codes.
