- The first step is to visit the official portal of WBJEE.
- Search for the Mop-Up round seat allotment result link on the homepage.
- Click on the seat allotment link.
- Now, fill in the WBJEE roll number and other required login information in the respective fields. Click on submit button.
- Finally, the mop-up seat allotment result will open.
- Check the allotment status.
- Download the allotment result/ allotment letter.
Post Seat Allotment Process
Candidates who will be allotted a college in the mop-up round have to report at the allotted college. They have to complete the admission procedure between 22 to 24 August. At the allotted college, they have to pay the seat acceptance fee and have to be present for document verification.
At the time of admission and document verification, candidates are required to produce their original documents and certificates. Candidates failing to produce the original testimonials for verification will lead to the cancellation of candidature. The list of these documents is as follows-
- Class 10th Admit card or birth certificate for candidate’s date of birth verification
- Marksheet of class 10th
- Marksheet of class 12th
- Domicile Certificate
- Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B category candidates)
- PWD certificate, as applicable
- Income certificate, (for TFW candidates)
The certificates to be submitted by the candidates for verification should be in the format prescribed by the board. As the mop-up round is the final round, no further seat allotment results will be released by the Board.
