PMSSS 1st Seat Allotment Result 2022: The Prime Minister’s Special Scholarship Scheme (PMSSS) is a scheme designed for the benefit of Class 12 qualified students of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. PMSSS provides financial aid to the students pursuing general Professional courses, General degree courses and Medical courses. The registration and document verification processes have already been conducted for PMSSS 2022. The first round of seat allotment will take place on 6th September 2022. PMSSS 1st Seat Allotment Result 2022
According to the official notice on the AICTE website, the PMSSS 1st Round College Allotment is arranged to take place on the 6th of September this year. The HSC final merit list has already been released. AICTE conducted a Dummy/ Mock Allotment Trial round for the selected students. The merit list for the Mock Allotment is available now, this was done to give the candidates a general idea about the Seat Allotment Result process. The choice filling window for the final 1st Seat Allotment Result will be open between 2nd & 4th September until 5 pm only.

Seat Allotment Method for J&K PMSSS 2022
- After, the final merit list publication on 31st August 2022, AICTE commenced the Mock Trial Allotment of seats on 1st September.
- The selected students need to fill the colleges of their choice during the choice filling round between 2nd to 4th of September. Make sure to fill as many choices as possible for safeguarding a better chance of seat allotment.
- The 1st seat allocation result will be out 6th September 2022. The result will be published in the form of a list. The list will include, the name of students, their reservation quota, allocated college name and the name of the course/ program they are selected in.
- After the result announcement, candidates need to confirm the allocated seat between 6th to 7th September otherwise the seat will be cancelled.
- On 8th September, the list of cancelled seats will be formulated.
- Students who have their seats confirmed will be asked to join their allocated colleges between 6 to 15 September.
- A second seat allotment procedure will only be initiated if seats remain vacant after the first seat allotment.
Note: The upcoming date schedules mentioned here are only tentative and authorities can change them in case something doesn’t fit right.

How to check PMSSS 2022 1st Seat Allotment Result?
The 1st Round Seat Allotment result for the admissions in the academic session 2022–2023 will be updated on the official website of AICTE. Once the results are out, you can check your seat allotment by the following procedure:
- Open the official website of AICTE which is, https://www.aicte-india.org/
- Under the website, click on the ‘PMSS Registration 2022-23’
- You will now reach the specially designed portal of J&K PMSSS.
- You can find the link to PMSS 2022-23 – First Seat Allotment of College & Course listed under the ‘General Instructions’ tab.
- Click on the link and a pdf file will open up. This list will contain the guidelines and list of student names along with the college and course name allotted to them.
- Download the pdf on your device for possible future reference.
