The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Cell shall be soon releasing the result for the OJEE NEET Allotment. The NEET Examination was taken by the candidates in the year 2023. The Odisha state-level counselling on the basis of the same is being currently processed. The candidates who have registered for the counselling at the OJEE portal will be allocated seats in their preferred colleges depending upon their rank in merit.

The candidates must know that the allocation not only depends upon their scores but also on the All India Rank. If they are ineligible to be designated the college of their first preference, they will automatically be allocated the other preferences in sequence.

Check Odisha NEET 1st Seat Allotment Result 2023

The candidates who have applied for the Odisha Counselling for the State Level Quota Seats can check the result for each Round as per the schedule available. The candidates must observe that the result will be available in the form of a pdf and will be listed in an Institute wise manner.   2. Tap on MBBS/BDS Counselling 2023 to reach the Counselling portal of OJEE.
  3. On the Home page of the newly opened portal, tap on Seat Allotment Result for Round 1.
  4. The file for the result shall open up in the format of a pdf document file.
  5. Under the preferred colleges, look for the Candidate’s Roll Number and Name. The Scores achieved in NEET 2023 will also be listed along with the All India Rank.
  6. The candidates must observe that the list is institute wise and no candidate shall be randomly listed.

The candidates can download the Seat Allotment Letter after checking their Seat Allotment Results. They must do so if they plan to choose to pursue the allocated institution. They shall be furnished with the letter at the time of reporting. The seat allotment letter is a necessary document and it needs to be downloaded and printer online through the official portal of the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board. To do so, follow the steps given below:

  1. Open the official portal Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board at ojee.nic.in.
  2. On the Home page, click on MBBS/ BDS Counselling 2023.
  3. The counselling portal will open up as a consequence.
  4. Nextly, tap on Download Seat Allotment Letter
  5. The Candidate Login form will open up as a consequence.
  6. Enter the login credentials, which are, NEET Application Number, Password, and Security Code.
  7. Press Login.
  8. Choose the option of Freeze in order to accept the seat allocated.
  9. Click on Download Seat Allotment Letter.
  10. Pay the applicable Seat Acceptance Fee through the online safe transfer window.
  11. Finally, save the document offline.
  12. Print the Seat Allotment Letter in order to take it to OJEE Cell at the time of reporting.

Reporting at Colleges for Odisha NEET

The candidates must report to the OJEE Cell after the announcement of the Seat Allocation if they choose the option of freezing the seat. They shall get their documents verified that were scanned and uploaded at the time of registration. They will be admitted to the designated college upon full confirmation of their eligibility. The following needs to be taken when reporting to the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Cell before the deadline date:

  • Seat Allotment Letter
  • Rank Card of NEET 2023
  • Identity Proof of the Candidate as recognised by the Government of India
  • Matriculation or equivalent certificate to serve as Date of Birth Proof
  • Class 12 Marksheet
  • SSC or equibvalent Certificate
  • Photograph of the Candidate
  • Domicile of Odisha, if applicable
  • Caste Certificate to claim reserved seats
  • Income Certificate to prove the applicability of the Economically Weaker Section, if applicable

Withdrawal from Admission Procedure

The candidates who wish to withdraw from the allocated seat after admission must do so before the announced last date. They will receive 90% of the amount of the submitted fee while getting admitted into the college. 10% will be deducted as a penalty. However, post the announced dates, the candidates will be allowed to exit the college but this shall not be valid for a 90% refund. A penalty of Rs. 1 Lakh shall be charged in that case.
