Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has completed the registration process for LLB 5-year CAP Round 3 for 2023 admissions. Now the authority is up for its 3rd seat allotment result. MHT CET LAW 5 Year 3rd Seat Allocation Result is announced on August 5th, 2023. Only those applicants will be considered for this allocation whose name appeared in the first merit list.
Applicants may download their MHT CET LAW 5-Year Seat Allotment from MHT CET Portal or from this page. Once the allotment is announced applicants need to report to the college to complete the admission procedure.
Update: The last date for reporting to the institution is August 9th, 2023.

There will be three rounds of the admission process/counselling. The result of seat allocation of all the CAP rounds will be displayed through the CAP portal of MHT CET. Candidates have to download the seat allotment result and allotment letter from their logins.

Steps to check MHT CET LAW Seat Allotment 2023
MHT CET Law integrated program applicants can get their seat allocation results online for each of the CAP rounds. They have to follow the given details-
- Begin with navigating to the MHT CET 2023 official website.
- Under the Higher, Education section click on LLB 5 Years Integrated link.
- On hitting the said link, you will be redirected to the LLB 5-year CAP page.
- Click on the Round Seat Allotment Result link.
- The candidate’s login page will open where candidates have to enter their roll number
- On this page, you have to click on Seat Allotment Result Round II link.
- Now, enter the login details and click on submit button.
- The seat allotment result for the respective round will open.
- Check the seat allocation details.
- Save the seat allotment details for personal records.
Seat Acceptance and Fee Payment
After the allocation of the seats, candidates who will get the seat as per their first preference will get their allotment locked/frozen automatically. They have to accept the allotted seat. Such candidates are not allowed to participate in the subsequent rounds. After allotment candidates have to opt for various options such as freeze, float/ updation, etc. Those who freeze the seat and accept the allotment have to make payment of the seat acceptance fee (Rs.1000/-).
Fee payment and opting for choices are to be done through the candidate’s login. Candidates have to accept the seat within the given period of time. After completing the process of seat acceptance, candidates are allotted seat allotment letters.
Reporting to the Allotted Institute
After completing the aforementioned process, candidates have to report to the allotted college for admission. Candidates must report within the time duration specified for each round. The admitting college has the right to cancel the admission of a candidate if he/she fails to report on time. After CAP Round I, candidates not allocated any seat can appear in Round II.
