  3. HOW MANY SEATS WILL BE ALLOTTED IN THE 2ND ROUND FOR IISER. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO PREDICT IN GETTING A SEAT. THE RESULT FOR SEAT ALLOTMENT FOR IISER IS QUITE DIFFERENT FROM OTHER MODE OF COUNSELLING. THE RESULT IS TOTALLY DARK IN THE NIGHT. IT IS NOT GIVEN CATEGORY-WISE ALLOTMENT, RANKING, NO. OF CANDIDATES SELECTED AGAINST THE AVAILABLE SEATS FOR ALL CATEGORY. THE RESULT HAS NOT BEEN TRANSPARENCY AND THE SYSTEM OF SEAT ALLOTMENT SEEMS TO BE HIDDEN SOMETHING. IISER IS VERY GOOD INSTITUTIONS BUT THE SYSTEM OF SELECTION IS NOT TRANSPARENCY IN VIEW OF PRESENT MODE OF SEAT ALLOCATION AGAINST ONLY ROLL NO. WITHOUT INDICATING CATEGORY/RANK/CUT OFF ETC.
