The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) is made by the Gujarat Government to regulate admissions in the field of Technical Education. Authority has updated the Gujarat ACPC First round seat Allotment Result analysis for BE courses on 6th July. Those who will be allotted seats in this round need to follow the further process to complete the admission process.

All candidates who have locked their choices in first-round counselling can check their ACPC B.E Allotment results here. This committee conducts counselling and monitors admissions on the basis of merit of the candidate. Only those candidates are eligible to appear for ACPC who have appeared in GUJCET 2023.

ACPC monitors admissions for courses which include Degree Engineering (B.E.), 2nd Year Direct admissions of Engineering (Diploma to Degree, D2D) Pharmacy (M.Pharm., B.Pharm., D.Pharm.), Architecture (B.Arch.), BID & BCT in CEPT University Planning (B.Plan., M.Plan.), Hotel & Tourism Management (BHTM), Master of Engineering (M.E., M.Tech.) and MBA, MCA.

Mock Round: The Mock round for Engineering aspirants will commence very soon. This round will be a practice round for the students which will give them a brief idea about the system and their choices. The results of this round cannot be considered the final result. The final Merit list will be released on the official portal soon.

Round 1: Post the Mock Round, the Actual Admission Round will begin which is considered as the most important round, wherein candidates will be selected and can also confirm their admission by paying their fees, and even if they chose not to, they can proceed to the next round. The Result of this round will be updated on this page.

After the completion of this round the candidates need to

• Log in to their account.
• Print their Bank Challan and Admission Slip.
• Submit their fees.

(Note: If by any chance, candidates fail to submit their fees at this stage, the admission will not be given in the next round, in spite of the seats being available.)

Round 2: Round 2 is a Reshuffling Round wherein if the candidate is not satisfied with the given college, they can sit in this round and try for the college they desire. This is not a mandatory step; it is rather optional for the ones who are dissatisfied with their assigned colleges. The Result of this round will be updated on this page.

The results for this round will be declared soon.

Steps to check Gujarat ACPC BE 1st Allotment

1. Click on the link gujacpc.nic.in
2. Go to the Homepage 
3. Log in with your credentials
4. Enter the captcha
5. Check Merit list and merit number
6. Then go to the ACPC website  www.jacpcldce.ac.in 
7. On the home page, click on “B.E/ B.Tech or B. Pharm, whatever your course is
8. Download the PDF file of B.E/ B.Tech/ B. Pharm provisional seat.

Documents required throughout the admission procedure

• 10^th Examination Mark sheet
• 12^th Examination Mark sheet
• Transfer Certificate
• GUJCET 2023 Mark sheet along with candidate’s Roll number and Application number
• Passport size photos
• Cast Certificate, if the specific candidate belongs to any reserved category
• Income Certificate, if belongs to the Economically weaker section
• Certificate of Physical disability, if applicable

The list of vacant seats will be published by ACPC on their official website and if the candidate wishes to take up that seat, they have to apply individually for each college by going there physically, which will be completely offline.
