Bihar ITICAT 2nd Round Seat Allotment: Students who have successfully registered for the counselling and filled in their choice are now keenly waiting for their seat allotment results. As per the counselling schedule, the 2nd allotment is announced on 13 August 2023. Shortlisted ones may download their allotment letter from the portal whose link will remain active till 22 August. Students need to carry this letter along with other documents during the document verification process whose schedule is revised now.

Bihar ITICAT 2nd Round Seat Allotment Result 2023

Candidates will be issued a provisional allotment order after each result. Bihar ITICAT Allotment letter will be issued at the candidate’s login only for those who will be allotted a college in each round. After Bihar ITICAT 2nd round of seat allotment, two more rounds of counselling will be conducted depending on the number of seats available.

  1. Candidates have to visit the Bihar BCECE official portal first. The website link of Board is https://bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
  2. On the homepage of the portal, they have to click on “ITICAT 2023 1st round seat allotment result” link.
  3. Seat Allotment result login page will display.
  4. Fill valid login credentials in the fields provided.
  5. 3rd round seat allotment result will appear.
  6. Candidates can read the allotment details.
  7. Lastly, they can save the seat allotment result for further reference. 

Downloading of Bihar ITICAT Allotment Order

Those who will be allotted ITIs in 2nd seat allotted will be issued a provisional allotment order. It will be uploaded on candidate’s login and they have to download it by using valid login details.

Allotment orders can be downloaded between the scheduled dates. It should be downloaded and printed on time to be produced at the time of document verification.

The process to check the allotment order is given below-

  • Visit https://bceceadmissions.nic.in.
  • Click on ITICAT 2023 allotment order download link.
  • Choose stream, and fill roll no., password & security code in the candidate login section. Hit the “sign-in” button.
  • Provisional allotment order file against 1st allotment will open.
  • Read the seat allotment information.
  • Save and take a printout of the allotment letter for future reference.

Bihar ITICAT Document Verification

After the allotment of seats, candidates who will be allotted seats are required to report for the purpose of verification of original documents and admission. Final admission will be based on document verification and satisfactory fulfilment of all the eligibility conditions.  

All the candidates should verify their original documents within the specified schedule. The list of the important certificates and documents to be verified is as follows-

  1. Printed copy of Application Form (Part A)
  2. Printed copy of Allotment Order  
  3. Marks sheet and passing certificate of SSC/Matric level or equivalent
  4. High School or equivalent admit card
  5. Caste/ Category certificate (if required)
  6. Character Certificate (to be issued from the school last attended)
  7. School Leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate (TC)
  8. Income certificate (for EWS candidates)
  9. Certificate for permanent resident of Bihar
  10. Certificate for Disabled Quota (if applicable)
  11. Refugee registration certificate (if applicable)
  12. Certificate of Land Donor Quota (LDQ)
  13. Passport-sized photographs
  14. Aadhaar Card
  15. Other relevant certificates/ documents

  • If candidates are not allotted any Bihar ITICAT ITI in 3rd round they should apply and wait for subsequent rounds.
