BCECE 2nd Seat Allotment Result 2023: The BCECE or Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination is a common proceeding authority that heads the admission in institutions in the State. Candidates who wish to pursue higher studies from the Government aided and other participating Colleges and Universities in Bihar will have to go through the entrance process as followed by the BCECE board. The panel is currently conducting counselling for BCECE CBA/PCA/PCM / PCB / PCMB (Joint) and as per the counselling schedule, the 2nd round of seat allotment will be announced on 5th Jan 2023. BCECE 2nd Seat Allotment Result 2022-23
BCECE Joint 2022-23 is for the candidates who wish to get admitted into the courses of Physics Chemistry Mathematics (PCM), Physics Chemistry Biology (PCB), Physics Chemistry Mathematics Biology (PCMB), Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Certified Business Accountant (CBA), Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) and Professional in Corporate Account (PCA). The Government aided colleges in Bihar to participate in this common admission procedure.
The registration winded up and the candidates are currently going through the counselling procedures. The counselling will be conducted in two rounds and the candidates had to lock choices for college seats.

Check BCECE Seat Allotment Result
The Seat Allotment Result will be uploaded on the portal of the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Counselling Portal. The first seat allotment result is out on 29 November. The candidates who participated in the counselling by locking their choices for college options must check the result in order to know which college seat is allocated to them:
- Open the official portal of the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board or BCECE at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
- In the given choice of options in “Online Applications Forms” list, tap on “Online Portal of BCECE-2022–23“.
- The related option to the BCECE 2022 will open up on the portal page.
- Select the link to “Download First Round Provisional Seat Allotment order of BCECE Group[PCM/PCB/PCMB]-2023“.
- The portal for Counselling of BCECE 2022-23 will open up.
- Tap on “Download Seat Allotment order of BCECE[Joint]-2022–23“.
- The candidate login portal will consequently open up.
- Finally, enter the login credentials created at the time of User Sign Up.
- Select the “Stream” from the dropdown list as “BCECE JOINT Admission Counselling“.
- Fill in the UGEAC ID or Roll Number or UGMAC ID.
- Enter the Password and the given Security code.
- Press “Sign In“.
- The Seat Allotment Result will be mentioned in the User Dashboard and the Allotment Order will also be visible in the same place.
Download Provisional Seat Allotment Order
To download the Seat Allotment Order, the candidates will have to pay the “Seat Acceptance Fee“. The Fee will ensure that the candidate is not opting for the Second Counselling and will be taking admission on the designated seat. To download the Seat Allotment Order, tap on “Download Seat Allotment Order”. The Seat Acceptance Fee will open up. The amount will have to pay through the safe online transfer window. Finally, after the payment, the allotment letter will be downloaded.
This letter is crucial since no admissions will be accepted without this document. Additionally, the download ensures that the candidate is satisfied with the given college and will directly get admitted into the institution and not participate in further counselling sessions.
Choice Filing for Seat Allotment
Those who are not satisfied with the college seat allocated to them can apply for Second Counselling. The candidates who will choose to not go through the 1st Seat Allotment because they have not been assigned the seat of their first or upper preferences must choose to “Upgrade“. They will unreserve the seat that was originally reserved for them in order to get allocated a seat in the college of their higher preference as per the locked choices.
The candidates can also choose to not participate in the ongoing counselling by choosing to “Exit“. If the candidate’s choice of college seat will be occupied, he/she will be allocated the previously allotted seat.
Admission Procedure after BCECE Seat Allotment Result
The candidates who will opt for the allotted college seat will have to visit the notified centre for Admission. The admission will be conducted based on the issued Allotment Order. The documents that were submitted at the time of registration in an online mode will be verified. The original documents will be checked for authenticity. The candidates who will qualify for the Document Verification level will get admitted to the college. There will be two rounds of Counselling. Those who will miss out on both of the sessions will not be able to reserve college seats in the participating colleges.
