AP ICET Seat Allotment Result 2023: The Candidates who have registered for the Andhra Pradesh ICET Counselling for the second phase are now waiting for seat allocation. The APSCHE, or Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, is heading the admission procedure of candidates into the courses of MCA and MBA in various colleges in Maharashtra. The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education is all set to issue the College Allotment Letter on 22nd November for the 2nd phase. This letter will be allocated to every candidate who registered for the counselling and will lock his/her preference of college. The candidates will be allocated to government and private colleges based on their choices and merit. The counselling will proceed in an online mode and will be all web-based. The candidates will be seeking admission in the academic year of 2023.

The counselling conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education or APSCHE is online or on the web. The authorities will allot the candidates’ college seats in participating institutions based on the choices they locked. Depending on these vacancies in the college and the merit of the candidates, the finalisation will be made. Based on this allotment, the colleges will admit the students. The candidates can check the Seat Allotment Result by following the simple steps:

  1. Open the portal of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education or APSCHE at sche.ap.gov.in.
  2. Click on “AP-ICET 2023“.
  3. The portal for admissions into MBA and MCA through AP ICET will open up.
  4. Click on the link for “Download Seat Allotment Result“.
  5. A form asking for the “Hall Ticket Number” and “Date of Birth” will open.
  6. Enter the required details and press “Submit“.
  7. The Seat Allotment Result will be consequently displayed on the screen.

The candidates can check the Seat Allotment Result by following the steps above. However, to take admission into the applicable institution, the candidates need to download a Seat Allotment Letter which they will have to furnish at the time of admission. The candidates must download and print the Allotment letter since it will declare that the candidate has been allocated the college seat.

The candidate must carry this with all the documents at admission. It will also be available online on the same day as the Seat Allotment Result. To download the College Allotment Letter, check the method given below:

  1. Visit the official website of the authority i.e. sche.ap.gov.in.
  2. Tap on “AP-ICET 2023” to open the portal of MCA and MBA centralised admissions in the year 2023 through the APICET Cell.
  3. Open the Seat Allotment Result and check for the link to download the “College Allotment Letter”.
  4. Click on the link, and an Allotment Letter from the College allocated will be displayed on the screen.
  5. Finally, tap on “Download”.
  6. To download or view the College Seat Allotment Letter, the candidates might have to pay a certain amount as the Seat Acceptance Fee. In case the candidate pays the fee, it will be adjusted to the college fees at the time of admission. The candidates must submit the amount through a safe online transfer window to pay this fee.
  7. Print the Letter for convenience in the future.

AP ICET Admission Procedure

The candidates who have registered for the online counselling and locked their college preferences successfully will be allocated a college seat on 25 September. This will entirely depend on the number of vacancies, the candidates’ merit and the options they lock. Once the seat allotment result is out, the candidates must access the result and download the allotment letter. Admissions to the participating colleges will commence once the seat has been allotted.

The candidates must carry all the important documents and go through verification. The candidates will have to pay the admission fee. In case there was some Seat Acceptance Fee paid at the time of download of the Allotment letter, it will get adjusted in the same. No candidates will be admitted after this date.

Documents Required for AP ICET Admission

The candidates need the following documents while going through the admission process:

  • College Allotment Letter received on 22 November 2023.
  • AP ICET 2023 Hall Ticket or Admit Card.
  • Rank Card issued by the AP ICET 2023 cell.
  • Certificates to prove education in classes from IX to Degree level.
  • A Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Residence Certificate.
  • Local residence certificate in case of Candidates who have migrated from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh in 7 years, that is before 2014.
  • If applicable, a Caste Certificate issued by a concerned Authority.
  • Income Certificate.
  • In case of Economically Weaker Section Candidates, an EWS certificate in a valid format will be required.
  • Marksheets of Degree and School Level Education.
  • Transfer Certificate issued by last attended institution.
