AP ECET 2nd Seat Allotment Order 2023 [OUT]; College Wise Allotment

AP ECET 2nd seat allotment order is released on August 31st, 2023. The allotment order will be uploaded college-wise and is made available only through online mode. No hard copy of the college-wise allotment order will be dispatched to any candidates. They can download it online through the candidate’s login. Applicants allotted seats in this round need to report to the institute within the given date.

AP ECET Seat allotment will be based on merit, local area, sex, category, special reservation category, etc of the candidates. Allotment order will be released in three phases, candidates who will not be allotted seats in this round may appear for a subsequent round if seats are vacant.

Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test is a state level entrance test conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (Anantapur) on behalf of AP State Council of Higher Education across various exam centres.

It is basically conducted to provide admission to the eligible candidates of the state to B.Tech and Pharmacy programs in various colleges of the state of Andhra Pradesh. The result of AP ECET 2023 will be published soon. Result was followed by web counselling and the candidates are waiting for the release of allotment order for the 1^st phase which will be provided on this page

Allotment letter will indicate the following information about candidates and seat allotment- name of the candidates, hall ticket no., registration number, result/ marks, rank, category, gender, special reservation, name of the college, college code, course, and trade allotted and important instructions.   

How to download AP ECET 2nd Phase Seat Allotment Order?

Follow the given procedure to get your seat allotment order downloaded-

• Visit the official website of AP ECET i.e. https://apecet.nic.in.  
• On the homepage, click on “Candidate’s Login” option given on the menu bar.
• Login page will appear.
• Candidates have to enter the registration number, hall ticket number, password, etc.
• Click on login/ submit option.
• Select the seat allotment option.
• Check the allotment order properly.
• Lastly, download and take printout of the allotment order and keep it safe for further reference.

AP ECET 2023 Post Allotment Order Activities

Once, candidates will be allotted seats and issued the allotment order they have to complete the admission procedure. After the allotment of seats, separate instructions will be placed on official website related to reporting, admission fee payment, etc. Candidates are therefore advised to have a regular watch on the official website.

Printing of allotment order

The first thing all candidates who will be allotted seats have to do is download and print the allotment order. It is because they will not be issued a physical allotment letter. They can download and print the allotment letter by following the procedure given on this page.

The printed copy of allotment order should be preserved as it is important from the point of view of admission. 

Reporting

If candidates will be satisfied with the seat allotment, they have to report to the allotted college. Seat allotment will be cancelled automatically if candidate fails to report to the allotted college within the stipulated schedule.

The date and time will be communicated to the candidates separately. They have to report at the allotted college along with the allotment letter and all the required documents.  At the time of reporting, they also have to make payment of the requisite fee and have to confirm the allotted seat. After completing the admission formalities, they can join the classes.

At the time of reporting, candidates must carry the following documents in original (plus photocopy) with them at the allotted college-

• Printed copy of allotment order
• Marks memo and certificate of qualifying exam
• Date of birth proof
• Diploma certificate
• Aadhar card
• Resident certificate
• Income certificate (if applicable)
• Caste/ community certificate
• Other relevant certificate and documents

AP ECET 2^nd and 3^rd Phase of counselling

The uploading of seat allotment letter for 1^st phase will make it clear who has been allotted seats in B.Tech and Pharmacy programs. There will be lots of candidates who will not be allocated a college in first phase. For such candidates and in order to fill the vacant seats, university will conduct 2nd and 3rd round of counselling.

It means candidates not allotted any seats in the 1^st phase can be allotted seats in subsequent rounds of counselling. The notification about 2^nd round will be updated after the 1st round.
