How to Download AIAPGET College Allotment Letter?
The candidates qualified for admission into the different colleges have to download their college allotment letter and have to report to the colleges with all their educational documents. After verification, only their admission will be confirmed to the allotted college. For downloading the college allotment letter, the candidates have to follow the steps provided below:
- As a first step, the applicants have to open the official portal of the Ayush Admission Central Counselling Committee also known by the name AACCC. The official portal address is https://aaccc.gov.in/
- Now the candidate will find the homepage of the official portal on their screen.
- On the homepage itself, the candidate has to click on the green coloured icon “PG Counselling” written over it.
- Now a dedicated page to the MD/MS Courses Counselling will open up on the screen.
- On the main page, the candidate will find an icon of the “Provisional Allotment Letter Round 1” icon. Click on that icon.
- Now a new login page will open up.
- Here the candidate has to fill in their ‘Roll Number’, ‘Password’ and the ‘Security Pin’ and then have to click on the sign-in option.
- After signing in, the candidate will their College Allotment Letter.
Eventually, the candidate can download this letter and have to submit this letter along with the other educational documents at the allotted institute.
Documents Required at the Time of Joining
The candidates are required to bring in the original documents with them at the allotted institute. The candidates failing to do so will not be provided admission. The original documents to be carried are as follows:
- The provisional allotment letter was issued by the AACCC authorities in the counselling.
- AIAPGET Rank Card along with the admit card presented by the NTA.
- 12th and 10th certificates
- Educational Certificates of BAMS, BSMS, BUMS and BHMS of 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th professional exam. Also, carry the original degree or their provisional degree.
- 1-year rotation internship certificate to be issued by the college head and should have completed the internship prior to or on 31st of December, 2022.
- Should carry a Permanent or provisional Registration certificate given by Homeopathy Board, NCH, CCIM, State Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, NCISM.
- Birth Certificate is required in case the applicant does not possess the same date of birth in their 10th certificate.
- Identity Proof document
- Medical certificate in the format attached as Annexure-VI
- Caste Certificate if applicable
- EWS Certificate if applicable
- PwBD Certificate if applicable
