Aim of the MakeMyTrip Scholarship

MakeMyTrip Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
The following eligibility conditions must be noted before applying for the scholarship:
- The student must be an Indian by nationality.
- The students should have lost either both or the earning parents due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- The candidate should be pursuing their studies in either school level graduation or post-graduation.
- Classes 1 to 12, graduation course in any stream, and post graduation course in any stream are valid.
- The education must be pursued from India.
- The annual income of the family of the candidate should not exceed Rs.6 lakhs combined from all the sources.
- The applicants must be enrolled in the academy year 2021-22 and 2022-23.
- In order to get preferred, the parents of the student should have been employed in hospitality and tourism sector.
Documents required for the scholarship
While filling the application form for the MakeMyTrip foundation scholarship, the candidates need to upload the following documents:
- An identity proof that is issued by a government authority such as an Aadhaar card or voter ID card or a PAN card or driving license or passport.
- The candidates also need to upload a fee receipt or an institution identity card or a Bonafide certificate or even an admission letter to prove the admission in the current year of education.
- In order to receive preference, the student must attach a Bonafide declaration by the employer of the deceased parents to prove their work in hospitality sector.
