The Department of Social Justice and Empowerment has prepared the National Overseas Scholarship Scheme for all the students belonging to the Denotified Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Tribes, SC, Landless Agricultural Labourers and Traditional Artisans Categories and have low incomes. Who is Eligible for the National Overseas Scholarship Scheme?

Here is the list of eligibility that must be attained by interested students for the scholarship:

• The age of the interested candidates should not be more than 35 years old as of 1 April 2024.
• The family income of the aspirants should not be more than eight lacks per annum from all sources.
• Applicants must have scored at least 60% marks or its equivalent grade in the bachelor’s degree.
• A maximum of two children from the same parent can apply for the scholarship.
• Aspirants who have already completed their studies from abroad or are currently studying abroad are not eligible for the scholarship.

National Overseas Scholarship Selection Process
