How to Apply for the Maharishi Balmiki Chatravriti Scheme?

1. Candidates must visit the official website of NSP (National Scholarship Portal).
2. Now, on the homepage, applicants must click the “New Registration” option given at the top of the page.
3. The guidelines page will open. Read all the instructions carefully tick all checkboxes, and click “Continue.”
4. The registration page will be shown on the next page.
5. Enter your information like the scholarship type, scheme category, contact number, email ID, name, date of birth, gender, etc, on the form correctly.
6. After that, you have to fill in your bank account information.
7. As an identification detail, applicants must choose between an aadhaar or bank account number and hit the “Register” option.
8. Then, you will receive an OTP on the registered mobile number.
9. Now, complete your login by using OTP.
10. Application ID and password will be generated next. Fill out the application form for “Maharishi Balmiki Chatravriti Scheme” and upload all the necessary documents.
11. After submitting the application form, candidates can’t modify any details in the form.

• Sep 1st- Open the link to the official website @scholarships.gov.in in any suitable web browser.
• Step 2nd- The “Login” option is present at the top of the homepage.
• Step 3rd- Click on that option.
• Step 4th- The login form will be displayed on your screen.
• Step 5th- Enter all your details on the form and hit the “Login” button.
• Step 6th- Now, you will see the “Check Scholarship Status” link on a new page.

• Step 8th- Wait for a few moments, and shortly, your status of the scholarship will open on your screen.

 Procedure for Renewing Scholarship

1. To renew this scholarship by the government, candidates must go to the official NSP portal.
2. On the homepage, applicants will see the “Renewal 2023” option under the “Login” tab.
3. Click on that option.
4. On the next page, you have to fill in your data i.e. the application id, password, and code given on that page.
5. After filling in the information, candidates have to click on the “Login” tab.
6. A renewal form will be displayed on your screen, and enter all the information correctly, and submit the form.
