Integrated Financial & Human Resource Management System (IFHRMS) is a software currently implemented by the government of Tamil Nadu. It is the first to manage the state’s financial resources and human resource management. The system works under the Financial Department and Treasury and Accounts department of the state.
This online portal of the state provides all work-related information of the employees working under the government of Tamil Nadu. The state is shifting its focus towards e-governance, and the Integrated Financial & Human Resource Management System (IFHRMS) is the initiative towards e-governance. Integrated Financial and Human Resources Management System (IFHRMS) is the core of this transformation.The IFHRMS shall take care of the activities of Finance Department to a larger extent by bringing Commissionerate of Treasuries and Accounts and other departments online and ensuring real time updation of the financial transactions of the Government. The IFHRMS will also take care of the Human Resources component by reducing the workload and associated drudgery at various levels besides making it paper-less and providing a hassle-free environment for transactions within the Finance Department / Treasury Department / other Departments and thereby ensure robust management of the State finances.

IFHRMS Login
Follow the steps to log in to IFHRMS:
- Step 1 Go to the official website of the Integrated Financial and Human Resources Management System (IFHRMS).
- Step 2: Click on the login option in the top left corner. As soon as you click on it a new page will open.
- Step 3 Choose your user type which is Employee or Pensioners.
- Step 4 Enter the User ID and password.
- Step 5 Click on the Sign In option.
- You will be logged in to your account.
IFHRMS Pensioners Login steps
- Step 1 Go to the official website of the Integrated Financial and Human Resources Management System (IFHRMS).
- Step 2 Click on the login option in the top left corner. As soon as you click on it a new page will open.
- Step 3 In the user type select the option of the pensioner.
- Step 4 Enter the PPO Number and Password.
- Step 5 Click on the Sign In option.
- You will be logged in.
How to download Pay Slip 2024, at Karuvoolam.tn.gov.in
Any government employee working under the government of Tamil Nadu can download his or her salary slip or pay slip by visiting the official website of Karuvoolam.tn.gov.in by following the given steps:
- Go to the official website of the Integrated Financial and Human Resources Management System (IFHRMS).
- The homepage of IFHRMS will appear. Click on the Login option in the top left corner. Another page will open.
- Login to your account by entering your User ID and password.
- After logging in a dashboard will appear in front of you.
- Here click on the Finance option.
- A new page will open. Click on the Payroll option.
- Click on the Results option. Open payroll results in the IFHRMS dashboard.
- Select the period for which you want to download the salary slip.
- Enter your regular salary and find the pay bill group.
- After this, a pay slip download option will come.
- Click on it and download your salary/pay slip in pdf form.
