WB Police Wireless Operator & Supervisor Result 2023
The West Bengal Police is all set to release the result of the examinations they conducted for the recruitment of candidates for the post of Wireless Supervisor and Operator. 74 vacancies were published for the post of Wireless Supervisor and 1301 for Wireless Operator. A large number of candidates applied for the post and appeared for the exam. The result will be posted online and the candidates will have to access the portal for checking the result.

The result will release on different dates for both exams since the tests were also conducted differently. However, the candidates need to follow a common procedure in order to download the result. The following steps need to be observed while downloading the result for Wireless Supervisor and Operator:
- Visit the official portal of West Bengal Police at wbpolice.gov.in.
- On the home page, select the option of “Recruitment” in the topmost menu. A dropdown list will eventually open up.
- In the dropdown list, select the option of “Recruitment”.
- The latest recruitment notices along with the additional information pertaining to the same will be visible on the portal.
- In the given list, find notice “Recruitment to the post of Wireless Supervisor (Technical) Grade-II in West Bengal Police Telecommunications” or “Recruitment to the post of Wireless Operator in West Bengal Police Telecommunications” as per the exam result you are looking for.

The candidates who will fail will not be able to give the physical and medical tests followed by the final examination. The examinations that were differently conducted for both posts were of the preliminary level. However, the test for both was MCQ based and of 100 marks. Expectedly, the procedure for the release of results will be similar. Tentatively, the answer keys for the examinations will be released for the candidates to refer to. the answer key will also be posted online on the portal. The candidates will have to check for the answer keys for the exam of Wireless Supervisors and Operators in the respective section where the results will be posted.
The answer keys will be available in form of a scanned pdf. The candidates can easily know where they could have committed a mistake since, for preliminary examinations of both posts, 1/4 of the assigned marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. The cut-off marks for any examination are the minimum marks required in a test to pass it. The candidates who appeared for the test need to score at least the cut-off marks in order to clear the exam and be able to appear for the next level. The cut-off for the preliminary examinations of the Wireless Supervisor and Operator will decide the respective merit lists. Only the candidates who will clear the cut-off will make it to the merit list. Tentatively, the cut-off marks will be published along with the merit list or the result.
