Merit list will be prepared on the basis of an analysis of the candidate’s application and marks obtained in high school and intermediate. The normalization of marks method will be used to select the most eligible candidate from class 10th and 12th and to prepare merit list accordingly.
UPSMFAC Merit list will also be announced Category-wise as per the reservation applicable. The reservation given to various categories of candidates is given below in the table for admission to UPSMFAC.

How to Download UPSMFAC Merit List PDF?
As per the official notification, the merit list will be released online only. On the basis of the scrutiny of applications submitted merit list is prepared. UPSMFAC publishes the merit list on its official website.
Candidates who are waiting for the release of the merit list are required to download it online. They can follow the simple steps shared here to access the online merit list-
- Visit the official website of UPSMFAC i.e. https://cpsp.upsmfac.org/.
- Click on the UPSMFAC Combined Paramedical Selection Process 2023 merit list link.
- A merit list will be displayed.
- Check the name on the list.
- Download and take a printout of the same for future reference.
Merit list will include the names of the candidates in the order of merit, their registration number, and instructions regarding counselling seat allotment, and other related details.
UPSMFAC Counseling schedule
Once the merit list is published online, UPSMFAC will also release the counselling schedule. On the basis of the counselling schedule, candidates will be invited to participate in it. The top rankers in the merit list will be given priority to choose their preferred college.

UPSMFAC Counselling and Seat Allotment
After the release of the merit list, two counselling rounds will be conducted. In case seats remain vacant after two counsellings third counselling may also be conducted. A candidate will be eligible for only one transfer.
In case there are vacant seats even after third counselling, then the respective training centres will fill their vacant seats on “First Come First Serve” basis. Seat allotment will be made as per the merit order of the candidates, which means preference will be given to the top candidates in the merit list.
After the allotment of the seats, candidates have to produce all the required documents in original along with a photocopy of each at the allotted college for verification. All the details related to counselling and seat allotment will be notified to the candidates through the official portal.
