UPSC NDA 2 written exam result for the year 2020 is finally out now. How to check NDA II Result/Marks 2020?
Candidates who are waiting for their NDA result with hope have to access their result only through the online mode. They can follow the step-wise instructions provided below to get their result online-
- Visit official website – Candidates have to start by opening the official website i.e. https://upsc.gov.in. If they want to check their result directly, they can open the result PDF given on this page.
- Select the Result link – Candidates have to click on the “Final Result” tab given on the right side of the homepage. They can also search and click on “Written Result: NDA 2020” link provided under the head “What’s New” on the homepage.
- Click on Result PDF – The result page will appear. Candidates will see list(s) of all the written result. They have to Search for NDA II result and have to open the Result PDF file.
- Check the result – The result PDF will open on the screen. They can search their roll number and name in the list. If candidate’s roll number will be there in the list it means he has been recommended for final admission.
- Save and Download – Once candidates have checked the result if they wish they can download the result file for their personal record. For downloading the PDF file, they have to hit the download option given on the top right corner of the page.
NDA 2020 Result details
NDA II Result will be published in the form of a PDF file. This result PDF will indicate the roll numbers of the candidates qualifying the written exam and recommended for the SSB round. The names in this list are supposed to be indicated the order of merit.
Along with the roll numbers, list will also include necessary information and instructions related to the result and post result proceedings.
Candidates can easily access their result just by opening the result PDF. They will not require any login credential to view the merit list.
UPSC NDA Result Revaluation Process
NDA answer booklets undergo a critical evaluation process. The answer sheets are cross-checked several times before preparation of result. To maintain transparency in the selection process, commission allow candidates to submit objections against the answer key. Therefore, the result prepared finally also consider the objections submitted.
This is the reason that NDA result published online by the commission shall be final. Candidates cannot submit any representation or objection against the evaluation process as no request for revaluation or rechecking will be entertained under any circumstances by the Commission.
NDA 2 2020 Final Cut-Off Marks
NDA Cut-off marks play an important role in preparation of NDA result. Cut off marks are basically defined as the minimum qualifying marks required to pass an exam. It means candidates who have written the exam are required secure minimum marks fixed at the discretion of the conducting authority to qualify the exam.
NDA 1 cut-off marks keeps changing for every year. It is because there are various factors on which NDA cut-off marks depends. These include-

- Total number of candidates appeared for exam
- Difficulty level of exam
- Marking scheme etc.

NDA II Merit List

SSB Interview
After the release of written examination result, successful candidates have to attend the next process of the selection round i.e. Service Selection Board (SSB). After clearing the written examination, candidates have to log to the following websites for their SSB center and interview date-

Candidates who will be recommended for interview will be issued call-up letters. These candidates have to report for SSB interview on the date and time mentioned on the call-up letters. SSB will be a two-stage selection procedure. Candidates who will qualify stage I will only be permitted to participate in stage II. Now, the final result is out for 2019 Phase which means, selected candidates has been recommended finally for admissions.
- Stage I will comprise of Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) tests and Picture Perception * Description Test (PP&DT). Candidates will be shortlisted for next stage only on the basis of performance in OIR and PP&DT rounds.
- Stage II will comprise of Interview, Group Testing Officer Tasks, Psychology Tests and the Conference. Candidates can find details about all these tests on www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.
Air Force candidates have submitted preference for Air Force have to qualify a Computerised Pilot Selection System (CPSS) (Pilot Aptitude Test) separately.
Candidates who will clear stage II have to submit all their original documents along with one copy of each of the following certificates- Original Matriculation/High School/ Class 10th pass certificate or equivalent in support of date of birth, and Original 10+2 pass certificate or equivalent in support of educational qualification. The duration of SSB will be four hours.

Medical Examination
Candidates recommended by the Services Selection Board (SSB) have to undergo a medical examination. This medical examination will be conducted by the Board of Service Medical Officers. Only mentally and Physically Fit candidates will be selected.
After the completion of medical examination, final merit list will be prepared. However, medical examination is not considered for preparing final result. Final result is also uploaded on the official website of UPSC on notified dates.
