The details regarding the UKPSC Civil Judge prelims exam will be posted on the Commission website within 07 days after the publication of the result. While examining the answer key if any candidate comes across with any mistake in the answer key then they are free to apply for the objection.

Under the objection scheme, the candidate needs to submit an online objection form regarding the question and related answer along with the fee of ₹50 per question. After the submission of the objection forms, the authority will revise the objection form and after a few days, the final answer key will be revealed on the website in the form of a pdf file.

UKPSC Civil Judge Cut-Off & Merit List

The authorities will publish the cut-off marks along with the result only on their portal. The qualifying marks mentioned in the official advertisement to clear the UKPSC Civil Judge Preliminary exam are 50% for the General/OBC candidates & 40% for the SC/ST/PWD candidates. if any candidate fails to achieve the above-mentioned cut-off marks then they won’t be able to appear in the Mains exam. The UKPSC Civil Judge cut-off marks will be designed by using the following elements: number of candidates who attended the exam, scores secured by the candidates, last year’s cut-off, the toughness of the exam & the tie-breaking method.

The examination authority will be releasing the merit list category-wise and those aspirants who cleared the mains exam by scoring equal or more cut-off marks will be able to see their name inside the merit list. Those candidates whose names will be mentioned in the merit list will enter the Interview Round.

Tie-Breaker Method

If any two or more aspirants scored the same cut-off marks then to solve the tie and give the highest ranking the merit list to the deserving aspirant then the following methods will opt:

• The candidate older in age will be given preference.
• If the tie still continues then the alphabetical order to shortlist the canddiate will be opted.
