How to download Odisha JEE 2023 Result?

OJEE candidates can download their results by following the given steps-

• Step I- Firstly, they have to visit the official website of OJEE (mentioned above).
• Step II- They will be landed on the homepage of the portal.
• Step III- On this page, they need to click on OJEE 2023 result option.
• Step IV- The result search page will appear.
• Step V- They have to enter the login credentials in the fields provided.
• Step VI- On clicking the submit button they will see their result on the screens.
• Step VII- After checking the result status they can download and print the result for future correspondences.

OJEE Merit List 2023

Based on the evaluation of answer scripts and marks the candidates’ merit list is prepared. There will be no award for class. OJEE Merit List 2023 will be prepared and released separately for each program. It will be released after the declaration of the result.

Candidates can access the merit list by visiting the official website. Based on OJEE merit and rank obtained by the examinees, they will be called for counselling and further admission procedure.  

OJEE Issue of Marks 2023

OJEE online result sheet will not include complete information about the marks obtained in each section of the paper. Hence, mark sheets will not be released in general but candidates desirous to know the subject-wise marks obtained by them in the exam can get their marks through a written application. They have to make a written request and have to enclose a demand draft in favor of “OJEE-2023” to be drawn to any Nationalised Bank in Bhubaneshwar.

Candidates must make sure that the application along with the demand draft should reach the OJEE office within 10 days of the publication of the result.

OJEE Re-totalling and Review 2023

OJEE answer sheets are evaluated through machines and adequate care is taken so that answer sheets are error-free and do not require revaluation. However, candidates having any doubt regarding their marks can submit a request for re-totalling/ re-addition of marks. They have to apply along with the processing fee of Rs.500/-  should be submitted through a demand draft drawn in favor of “OJEE-2023” on any nationalized bank in Bhubaneshwar. DD should along with the application reach the office within seven days of the publication of the result.

Candidates should note that they can only apply for re-totalling or review. Revaluation of answer sheets will not be permissible and no correspondence will be accepted in his regard.

Based on the application, the concerned committee will manually verify the result and that will be final. No further correspondence regarding the same will be entertained by the committee.

OJEE 2023 Counseling

Once the result and merit list will be declared, candidates having their names on the merit list will be eligible for the counselling process. OJEE 2023 counselling will start probably in October once all programs result have been declared. 

Candidates have to register for the counselling online and have to fill in the options of preferred discipline and college. Based on various factors like candidate’s choice, OJEE merit, number of seats available, etc. Committee will allot seats to the candidates. Candidates must be ready with all the original documents for the admission process.
