NTSE Result 2021 [Soon] Stage 1 Check NTSE State Wise Merit List

NTSE Result 2021 stage 1 exam result for all states/UTs will be released one by one by each state authority and once it was available we will update all NTSE results links here on this page. NTSE stage I exam was conducted on 12th and 13th December 2020 across all the states/ UTs of the country whereas some states have postponed their stage 1 examination and conduct it on different dates. Candidates after appearing in stage 1 are now awaiting their scorecard and those who will qualify, appear for the NTSE stage 2 exam.

NTSE Result 2021 Stage 1

NTSE stage I exam is conducted by the responsible state authorities and after conducting the same such authorities will start publishing the result on their websites. All candidates are advised to keep checking their respective state official website for more updates.

Stage-1 level result is just to recommend candidates for the second stage i.e. the national level scholarship exams. Candidates can check their result online through the official websites of the concerned authority. Examines who have appeared for stage I exam have to score qualifying marks in each paper.

How to check NTSE Result 2021 For Stage 1 Exam?

Candidates looking for their NSTE result can check the same by following the given procedure-

  • Candidates have to visit the official website of respective state or check table below for direct links.
  • They have to search for the NTSE stage I result link on the homepage of the portal.
  • Now they have to open the link.
  • On opening the link, NTSE result of that particular state will appear on the screen.
  • Candidates can search their name/ roll number in the list.
  • They can download the result list for future record.

NTSE Qualifying Marks 2021

NTSE candidates have to have to secure minimum qualifying marks in both MAT and SAT test separately. The category wise minimum qualifying marks for both the exams are as follows-

NTSE Stage 1 Result – Mentioned Details

State authority responsible for conducting the NTSE stage 1 exam and will either reveal marks of all the candidates who appeared for stage 1 exam or only qualified candidates in the online result sheet. The main information that will be mentioned in the result sheets of all the states include-

Roll no. of the candidates, Name of the candidates, category, school name, father’s name of the candidate, total questions in SAT & MAT, marks obtained in paper I and paper II, total marks in each paper, question disqualified in each paper, rank of the students etc.

NSTE- Rechecking

The Answer scripts undergo rigorous checks and counter checks before the declaration of result. Hence, no rechecking of answer scripts is permissible at any stage. Scores obtained by the candidates are uploaded on the websites for the exam conducted at the state level and national level. No request for rechecking or re-evaluation of answer sheets is entertained at any stage.


What after the Declaration of NTSE state-wise result?

After the declaration of NTSE state-wise result, the second stage examination will be conducted. Candidates selected at the first stage will be called for a national level exam.  The national level exam is conducted by NCERT and only the selected candidates are called to participate in the next round examination. Selected candidates will be informed through the official website of NCERT and also through the registered letters.

When will be NTSE Result Released?

NTSE stage I result declaration dates was not announced by the officials but we can expect that it will be out in March 2021.

What after NTSE Stage 1 Exam?

After NTSE State 1 exam, all successful candidates will be called for the 2nd stage exam.

About NTSE 2021

National Talent Scholarship examination is a national level scholarship exam conducted by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT). NTSE scholarship was started with an aim to search the talented students from across India and to provide a scholarship to them.  

NTSE exam and selection procedure involves two stages viz. Stage I and Stage II. Stage I exam is conducted at state level in order to select the candidates for the next level. Stage I exam is conducted by a particular authority working at the state level. All the activities from the conduct of exam to the declaration of result all the activities are conducted by the responsible state authority. There is no interference of any national authority in the stage I exam.

After the declaration of NTSE stage 1 result selected candidates are called for stage II exam conducted by NCERT.   3. your msg is noted online in last week of Feb 2020 but when will come the date and give the particular date so that we will check accordingly

  4. It is learnt that exam date for ntse stage 2 has been postponed to 16th June due General election of course it is good. But still some of the state including Arunachal Pradesh has not publish or update in their website nor in ncert .As such students or parents are facing lots problem to get correct information.
