The board has issued a notice regarding the NBSE HSLC result declaration which carries information like date, time, and website where students may check their Nagaland Board Class 10 result.

NBSE HSLC 2023 Result Via SMS

Apart from checking result through the official website candidates can also check their results by using SMS service. Students have to type a message in the format prescribed and have to send it to the number issued by the board. After a few minutes, the students will see their result on their mobile phones.

NBSE HSLC Scrutiny of Answer Script

After the declaration of the Nagaland Board Class 10th result, NBSE allows candidates to apply for scrutiny of answer scripts. Students who feel that they have not scored marks as per their expectations can apply for it. Scrutiny in any number of subjects is allowed. Students have to submit applications from the respective schools or centres (for private students).

Students applying for scrutiny have to pay an application of Rs.500/- per subject. The application along with the fee must reach the Board’s office within 15 days of the declaration of the result. Candidates also have to provide all the necessary documents such as a copy of the mark sheet, admit card, etc. The result of scrutiny will be declared within 40 days of the declaration of the final result. This result will not be sent individually to any candidate but will be posted online on the official website.

NBSE HSLC Compartmental Exam

NBSE HSLC candidates who appeared in the 2023 board examinations and secures “Needs Improvement” grades in three or fewer subjects will have to appear in the Compartmental Exam. After the publication of the provisional result, the Board will conduct a Compartmental exam for these candidates as per their schedule. However, this year’s compartment exam will be conducted late as compared to previous years.
