The candidates who are willing to get recruited in the Civil Services in the state of Madhya Pradesh have to appear for the State Services Examination. The authorities at the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission MPSC conducted this examination. The exam is held in three levels, Preliminary, Mains, and interview. The application process for the exam has winded up. The deadline for application was 16 February 2023.
The candidates who applied for the exam will now have to appear for the Prelims exam on 21 May 2023. MPPSC State Service Mains Application
The prime purpose of conducting the preliminary exam is eligibility. Those who are eligible to appear for the exam and pass the prelims level are eligible to appear for the mains exam. Thus, the authorities conduct the prelims exam. Those who will pass the mains exam followed by the Interview are recruited for posts such as State Administrative Services, Deputy District President, District Registrar, Chief Municipal Officer, and more.

MP Mains Exam Date for State Services 2023
The preliminary examination for Madhya Pradesh State Services will be conducted on 21 May 2023. The authorities release the result of the preliminary exam and a selection list for the main exam. These candidates are only eligible to appear in the Mains exam. The authorities issue them admit cards. Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission has not yet released details pertaining to the date of the Mains exam.
Additionally, an estimation of the Main date can only be made once the result for the prelims exam is out. The candidates who are to appear for the Mains exam are advised to keep checking this space for all the latest updates pertaining to the exam date. Eligibility Criteria for MP State Service Mains Exam
The candidates who are willing to appear for the State Services Examination of Madhya Pradesh will have to ensure that they are eligible. The authorities at the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission have declared the following eligibility conditions for the MPPSC State Service Mains Exam 2023:
- The applicants must be Indian Nationals. They have to be citizens of India.
- Authorities have declared the minimum age limit for the post as 21 years.
- Further, for the state services exam, they have announced that the upper age limit is 33 years for uniformed posts while it is 40 years for non-uniformed ones. The candidates need to also observe that this age limit is relaxable for people belonging to Women (UR, PwD), Men, and Women (SC, ST, OBC, etc.) categories as per the criteria of the Madhya Pradesh Government.
- The candidates who have passed Graduation or are in their final year are eligible to appear for the State Services Examination.
- Finally, in order to appear for the Mains Exam, the candidates would have passed the Prelims Exam.
Apply for MP State Service Mains Exam 2023
As mentioned earlier, the application process for the MP State Services Examination winded up on 16 February 2023. The applicants will appear for the Prelims Exam. There is no separate application process for Mains Exam. Those who took the preliminary exam will get their results. Through results, they will know if they have passed the Prelims Exam to qualify for the Mains one. Further, the authorities will issue admit cards to these applicants.
