Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology is ready to announce KIITEE 2023 Phase 2 Result on 23 May 2023. Phase 2 exam is held between 14 to 20 May 2023. Applicants who have appeared in KIITEE 2023 phase II exam access their result from the official portal or this page. Candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of merit list prepared by the University itself and uploaded on the official website of KIIT Bhubaneswar; www.kiitee.ac.in.
KIITEE Phase II Result 2023
KIIT Exam is a national level entrance test for admission to the entire technical and non-technical course except MBBS, BDS, and PG Medical & PG Dental programs. The exam will be conducted in online mode and the result of the exam can be accessed by the examinees. Applicants can check their result by entering their registration number and date of birth.
KIITEE Result will be declared in the form of a scorecard. After the declaration of the result, the counselling process will start. Counselling of the students will be conducted in two phases. If any student could not get a seat in the first phase then he will have to wait for the second phase of counseling. Counselling rounds will be extended till all the seats in the courses are filled.

How to Check KIITEE Phase 2 Result 2023?
After taking the entrance exam for any college or university all the applicants start waiting for their result. A lot of things depend on the result of any entrance test such as KIITEE. Based on the marks you scored in this exam, you will get a seat in the examination. As you must be eager to know your KIITEE result 2023 so follow the below mentioned steps to download your Score card.
- 1st Step: Visit the official website of KIITEE, the URL of the same has been given above in this article.
- 2nd Step: Click on the KIITEE 2023 Result link given on the website.
- 3rd Step: Write your registration number and date of birth and click on the continue button.
- 4th Step: Your KIITEE score card will appear on the screen of your computer. Take its printout and keep it safe for further use.
Admission to different courses
Your admission in technical courses will depend on your marks obtained in KIITEE exam 2023. For offering admission in technical courses such as B. Tech, B.Tech (Lateral Entry), and M. Tech the university will prepare a merit list. University will also release the cut-off or qualifying marks details for every aforementioned course with the KIITEE Result 2023.
Cut off rank for counselling will be varying from one course to other depending on the availability of seats and number of course aspirants. Only those candidates will be called for counselling who will score more marks than the cut-off. Applicants will also get a rank in KIITEE exam based on their score marks.
Tie-Breaker Rules in KIIT 2023 Result
If two or more two candidates score the same marks, then in merit the rank of such candidates shall be determined for the different subject as mentioned here.
B.Tech. (4 Years): Candidates will be placed on the merit list based on their marks scored in Mathematics, then in Physics, and then by age (preference will be given to older candidates).
B.Sc. Nursing: Candidates get the rank in merit list based on the marks obtained in Biology, then in Chemistry, and then by age (preference will be given to older candidates).
Biotechnology-Dual Degree (B.Tech/M. Tech) (5 Years): Candidates with the same marks will be placed on the merit list based on their marks scored in Biology, then in Chemistry, and then by age (preference will be given to older candidates).
M.Sc. (Applied Microbiology/Biotechnology): To give the appropriate rank to applicants who score same marks the merit list will be prepared based on their marks obtained in Biology, then Chemistry, then Mathematics and then by age(preference will be given to older candidates).
KIITEE Result 2023– Ranks card
The rank of the applicant will be mentioned in his/her rank card. Rank card or score card document that will be available for download on official site. The rank of candidates depends on their performance in the entrance exam. We have also mentioned the tiebreaker rules above and they will also play an important role in finalizing the applicant’s rank.
KIITEE Cut Off 2023
The cut off marks for all the courses offered by the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology will decide who all will be among the students who get admission to the university. The KIITEE 2023 cut off marks will be determined by the University and they will be declared at the time of the announcement of Entrance exams’ Result. The cut-off will be declared based on the marks the candidates score in their entrance examination.
KIITEE 2023 Counselling
Applicants who have scored equal and more marks than the cut off marks will be called for counselling. In counselling, the documents of the candidates will be verified and they will be allotted a seat of their educational programme for further study.
Candidates can make a note of this information that they will not be notified by the university about the counseling date. Applicants will have to visit the official website of KIITEE to know the counseling process will start.
Seats in Kalinga University are reserved for PC applicants and candidates from reserved category. Thus the seats available during the counseling will be allotted as per the below mentioned matrix.
- Seats reserved for SC candidates; 15%
- Seats Reserved for ST Candidates; 7.5%
- Seats reserved for physically challenged candidates*; 3%
*Candidates with 40% disability will be considered under the Physically Diasabled category.
Apart from this 30% of seats in each category are also reserved for women candidates. All the unfulfilled seats will be changed into the general category seats if they will remain vacant after the second round of counselling.
Documents to be Carried for KIITEE Counselling
You will have to carry the following documents with you for the KIITEE counselling;
- KIITEE 2023 Admit Card.
- Rank Card/ Scorecard of KIITEE 2023 Examination.
- 10th Pass Certificate.
- 12th Marksheet and Pass Certificate.
- For Lateral Entry Candidates: Diploma Pass Certificate and 3 Years Marksheet.
- Certificates of Caste and Reservation proof issued by competent Authority (If Applicable).
- GATE Scorecard issued for M.Tech Candidates.
- A Demand Draft of Rs. 75,000/- which will include the counselling registration fees of Rs. 10,000/- (non-refundable).
