Karnataka Assistant Professor Answer Key

The authorities may publish the Assistant Professor provisional answer key within 1 week after organizing the exam. The answer key will help the candidate to cross-check the correct and incorrect answers or prepare a rough estimate of how much they can score. While going through the answer key, if the candidate bumps into any mistake in a specific answer or question then they can apply for the objection. The candidate has to make sure that they submit their objection letter along with the objection fee (if required) on time. Right now, any updates regarding the Karnataka Asst. KEA Asst. Professor Cut-Off Marks, Merit List

The authorities might post the cut-off marks on the result only. It’s mandatory for all the participants to score the decided cut-off marks if they want to appear in the next stages of the recruitment process. According to notification, the Compulsory Paper includes subjects like General Knowledge (50 marks), Kannada (100 marks) & English (100 marks), and Optional Paper (250 marks for each paper). The list of items depending on which the authorities created the cut-off marks are mentioned below:

• Strength of applicants who gave exam.
• Marks scored by applicants.
• Last year cut-off marks & exam toughness.
• No of vacancies.
• Marks reserved for other categories.

The merit list will contain the candidates who cleared the written examination and they will be eligible for the post. The names printed on the list will be available in descending order i.e. the name of the candidate who scored the highest marks will be ranked on top followed by the candidate who scored the least marks.

Tie-Breaker Situation

In case, it happens that two or more than two candidates scored the same cut-off marks then to give the rank to the deserving candidate, the authorities might use the following methods:

• The age of the applicant will be calculated.
• If the tie still continues then the candidates will be shortlisted alphabetically.
