KCET Mock Seat Allotment Result 2023
The KCET seat allotment process will be conducted in three rounds provisionally. The first round of seat allotment is under process. The first round seat allotment result will be made available as per the schedule. Applicants can download their allotment from the official portal or the direct link given below. Applicants will get a seat in the KCET seat allotment process based on the merit list and the availability of seats. Once the candidates fill in their preference then the authorities will start looking for the number of available seats and the marks of the applicants.
After the allotment of the seats, the candidates who have got a seat will have to visit the Institute for document verification and payment of requisite admission fees. It is important for the candidates to visit the assigned institute to confirm their availability for the course.

- The seat allotment is done on the basis of merit list so it would be better if you look at the cut-off of the college in which you want to get admission to get an idea about your chances of admission.

Procedure to Enter the option in KCET 2023 Seat allotment
Here are the steps that you need to follow to complete the option entry procedure in KCET Seat allotment 2023;
Step 1: First Log in to the entry portal of KCET with the help of CET application number and password given on the page as code. We have given a direct link to log in to the page at the end of this post, use it to land on the page directly.
Step 2: After login on to the page the candidate will have to change their password and create a stronger password with the combination of One alphabet, one number, and one special character. Now enter a correct and active mail id, mobile number and choose a secret question.
Step 3: Now login again with the help of a new password. A page will appear on your screen once you logged in then mark your choice on the page. Have a look at the page and the choice you have made before submitting them.
Process of KCET Seat Allotment
The complete process of KCET seat allotment shall be winded up in two rounds; Seat Allotment Round I, Seat Allotment Round II and Seat Allotment Round III or extended Round II for seat allotment.
- The first round of KCET Seat allotment
The first round of seat allotment will be conducted for the allotment of seats for students who are Physically Disabled, Candidates from NCC and sports categories. Firstly the PH candidates will get the seats then the preference will be given to the NCC applicants and candidates from Sports category. Candidates from UR category and reserved category will get the seats based on the reservation rules and merit.
- KCET 2nd Round Seat Allotment
In round 2 of seat allotment, the remaining seats will be filled. In this round, the allotment of the newly added seats, unfilled seats, surrendered seats, and forfeited seats will be done. Candidates can check their preference in seat options till Seat allocation round 2 is introduced. If the candidate is not willing to change the preference then he/she will get admission to KCET as per his/her choice. If any candidate has participated in round I of seat allocation in KCET then also he can apply for round II but the candidate who did not enter any choice in round I will not be eligible to participate in round II.
- Third Round (Final Casual Round) of Seat Allotment
If seats will remain unfilled then this round of seat allocation will be initiated by the officials.
