ITBP Constable Telecom Cut Off marks 2019

ITBP has already set the cut-off marks for every category. You must obtain marks equal or above than the cut-off marks specified for your category. Candidates scoring less than the cut-off marks will not be able to qualify the written exam and will be eliminated from the selection procedure.

Cut-off marks are basically the minimum marks that a candidate requires to qualify the exam. The merit list will be prepared by considering the following category-wise cut-off percentage of marks-

ITBP Constable Revaluation of Result

The result and merit list prepared after the written examination will be final. There is no provision for revaluation of answer scripts of the written exam. Apart from this re-conduct of exam will not be allowed. No representation or correspondence regarding re-valuation of exam answer sheet and re-conduct of exam will be entertained under any circumstances.

Resolution of Tie

In case, two candidates obtain equal marks in the written exam, ITBP will use a certain criterion to resolve the tie. The inter-se merit of the candidates will be determined by following the given criteria-

• Candidate older in age will be given preference.
• If tie still persists, merit will be determined by alphabetical order in name of the candidate. It means candidate whose name begins with the first alphabet of English Language will be given preference.

Criteria should be followed as per the given order.

ITBP Constable Telecom after result process

Candidates whose names will appear in the merit list will be shortlisted for attending the next selection phase i.e. verification of Original Documents.

These shortlisted candidates have to appear for document verification must carry all the documents in original along with the them at verification center. The list of the required documents is as follows-

1. All the educational certificates
2. Date of birth certificate (as in high school certificate)
3. Experience/ professional certificate (if any)
4. Domicile certificate/ PAN/ Aadhaar Card/ Driving License/ Voter card issued by a competent authority
5. SC/ST/ OBC certificate issued from a competent authority (if applicable)
6. Discharge certificate (for Ex-Servicemen)
7. One passport sized photograph (same as uploaded in application form)
8. Certificate for claiming for relaxation in chest and height (if applicable)

All the certificates must be as per the format/ proforma specified by ITBP in its official notification.
