CG Vyapam Lecturer/Teacher Merit list 2019

CG Vyapam Lecturer and Teacher’s exam result will be hosted on CGPEB Board on the scheduled date in the form of merit list. Merit of the candidates will be based on the marks scored by the candidates in the selection exam. In case two candidates secure equal marks than their order of merit will be determined on the basis of age of the candidates. Candidate older in age will be given preference.

As the exam was conducted on multiple days in multiple shifts, the result will be prepared by normalizing the raw marks of the candidates. it helps in adjusting the marks of the candidates who have appeared for exam in multiple shifts so that no candidate gets the advantage or disadvantage of the difficulty level of the question paper.

The formula for calculating the normalized score of each candidates is as follows-

Xn= (S2/S1) * (X-Xav) +Yav

Where,

S1= Standard Deviation of the candidate shift
S2= Standard Deviation of the base shit
X= Raw score of the candidate
Xav= Simple average of the candidate shift
Yav= Average of the base shift
