BSSC Driver Recruitment Exam Result

Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) invited application for the recruitment of 466 drivers in various offices and departments of theGovernment of Bihar in the year 2016. A large number of candidates applied and appeared for the written exam.

The selection of candidates will be based on marks secured by the candidates in the selection test followed by the interview of qualified candidates.

Only those candidates will pass the exam who will secure marks equal or more than the qualifying marks. Commission has fixed different qualifying marks for each category of the candidates. Have a look at the minimum qualifying marks fixed for all categories provided below-

No hard copy of result will be sent to any candidate. However, after the announcement of result, qualified and selected candidates might be issued a call letter to appear in the interview.

Minimum qualifying marks or cut-off marks are fixed by the organizing committee by considering various factors such as number of vacancies, number of candidates who have taken the exam, difficulty level of exam, marking scheme, reservation rule, etc.

The result is expected to be published in the form of a pdf file which can be accessed easily by every candidate as they will not be required to enter any login details such as registration, password, etc.

Result list will be indicating the roll numbers of the candidates qualifying the exam
(in the order of merit) and some instructions. Other than the roll number of candidates, no scores or other information of the candidates is expected to be shown in the result sheet.

  • Step I- Begin with visiting the official website of BSSC i.e. http://bssc.bih.nic.in.
  • Step II- Now, hit the “Notice Board” option given on the left side of the homepage.
  • Step III- Select the Driver entrance exam test result link given on the notice board.
  • Step IV-  Finally, Driver result will on the screen.
  • Step V- Find your roll number in the list.
  • Step VII- For references, result can be downloaded or printed.

Candidates qualifying the exam will be shortlisted for interview and on the basis of interview and other formalities final selection will be made. Shortlisted candidates for interview have to attend the interview on the date, time and venue specified to them.

After the final selection, commission will host the final selection list on its official website. Selected candidates will be allotted departments and appointment letters.
