Officials have released the notification pdf on its official portal regarding the recruitment for various posts, and once the application process is completed, the bank will shortlist the requisite number of applicants for the next stage and such selection will be done on the grounds of their suitability to the post and their experience.

Selection Procedure for Punjab and Sind Bank Recruitment
Punjab and Sind bank recruitment selection process will be done on the basis of shortlisting of applications received for the posts and those who fulfill all the stipulated criteria will be called for personal interaction on scheduled dates and time but in case the number of applicants is more than they expected for MMGS III and II posts then bank may organize an online examination whose details will be intimated on the portal if they planned to do so.
If they conduct an online examination then in that case the weightage of the exam and interview will be 70% and 30% respectively.
Minimum qualifying marks
On shortlisting candidates will be called for interview whose total marks allotted is 100 and to qualify applicant need to get at least 40% marks in it (35% for reserved category)
