• The applicants must only apply for one trade nearby the location of their current address.
• The applicants must upload all the required documents in the application form as per the provided instructions.

PGCIL Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Conditions

To apply online for the given Apprenticeship Trades, the applicants are required to satisfy the following conditions of eligibility.

• The applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• The applicants must not have undergone any apprenticeship training for any duration in the past.
• Applicants who possess a job experience of more than 1 year cannot apply for any advertised trades.
• The applicants must have pursued ITI Course/ 10th/ Diploma/ B.Sc./ B.Tech/ B.E/ L.L.B/ MBC, etc as per the requirements of the given apprenticeship trades.

• The applicants must have obtained the certificate for the required educational qualifications from certified institutions.

Apply For Power Grid Apprentice Recruitment 2023 Online

In the online application process for the Power Grid Apprentice Recruitment 2023, the eligible applicants will have to go through the following steps online.

1. First of all, register the applicants with HR Executive/ CSR Executive/ Executive Law/ ITI (Electrician) qualifications must register at https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in/
   • Similarly, the applicants with Degree/ Diploma in Engineering must register at https://portal.mhrdnats.gov.in/
2. After completing the registration head to Corporation’s portal at https://www.powergrid.in/.
3. On the homepage, select the “Engagement of Apprentices” option under the Career section.
4. Now, on the next page, tap the online application link for various trades.
5. After this, start to fill out the application form using the Registration Id obtained during the registration process.
6. Fill in all the correct information in the application form and upload all the required documents too.
7. Now, cross-check the entire application form once again and rectify the errors (if any).
8. Finally, submit the online application form.
9. After the submission of the application form take a hard copy of it for the selection rounds.

Documents Required For PGCIL Trade Apprentice Application Form

In the PGCIL Trade Apprentice Application Form 2023, the eligible applicants will have to upload the following documents.

• Applicant’s Photograph (Maximum Size- 50 KB)
• Applicant’s Signature (Maximum Size- 30 KB)
• 10th and 12th Certificates and Mark Sheets (Maximum Size- 1 MB)
• Degree/ Diploma/ ITI Certificates and Mark Sheets (Maximum Size- 1 MB for Certificates and 10 MB for Mark Sheets).
• Caste/ Category/ PwD/ Other Certificates for applicants seeking reservation (Maximum Size- 1 MB).

Apprentice Trade Selection Process PGCIL 2023

In the selection process for the offered apprentice trades, the corporation will prepare a merit list. To prepare this merit list, the corporation will consider the marks of the applicants in the required educational qualifications. After preparing this merit list, the corporation will send an email to all the shortlisted applicants.

These applicants will then have to appear for the document verification round for the confirmation of their selection. All the applicants who clear the document verification round will be eligible to participate in the apprenticeship training for their respective trades.
