Odisha Hydro Power Corporation Limited Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

The authority has set the eligibility criteria for the above-mentioned posts. All interested candidates will have to fulfil these conditions to get selected for the post. Given below are the eligibility conditions set by the concerned authority:

• The minimum age of MTs should be at least 21 years old for MTs posts and 18 years old for other posts. The maximum age of candidates applying for the recruitment should be 38 years old.
• Electrical Trainee, Mechanical Trainee (Operator, Fitter), Welder Trainee and Wiremen Trainee:
  • Aspirants must have passed HSC along with carrying an approved trade certificate in the respective trade from ITI.
  • Must possess a National Apprenticeship Certificate in respective trade from NCVT will be preferred.
• Crane Operator Trainee:
  • Must have passed Class 10th from a recognized board.
  • Must possess a valid Workman-C permit from licensing authority.
  • Should have 5 years of experience in relevant discipline or NAC in the respective trade.
• Store Keeper Trainee:
  • The aspirant should be a commerce graduate.
  • Must possess a one-year diploma in Computer Application or its equivalent.
• MT (Finance):
  • Must possess a relevant degree with CA/ CMA.
• DET (Electrical):
  • Must have a diploma in Electrical Engg./ Electrical Electronics Engg. from a recognized institute with at least 60% marks (SC/ ST/ PWD: 50% Marks)
• DET (Civil):
  • Must have a diploma in Civil Engg. from a recognized institute with at least 60% marks (SC/ ST/ PWD: 50% Marks)
