NFL Management Trainee Online Form 2021: NFL announced 20+ vacancies in various fields of Management Trainee. Online application form has been started from 22nd December 2020 till date 21st January 2021 for candidates who have done either B.Tech or B.S.C Enggering or B.E. NFL main focus is on the conservation of energy, environmental management, and social upliftment. NFL has research and development centers in Vijaipur, Bathinda, Nangpal, and Panipat and also has a Cooperate office in Noida, all the marketing network connecting through the Noida office and it spread in fifteen states and three Union territories. NFL also has their ten soil testing labs, which test Macronutrients, and help to make good Fertilizers to keep soil healthy.
NFL Management Trainee Online Form 2021
NFL online application form submission was started from 22nd December 2020 till 21st January 2021 under advertisement No. 05-2020. The below images show the various vacancies of MT in a different field and number of vacancies for reserved and unreserved class candidates. According to the notification,
- There are four vacancies for Chemical MT under it one vacancy for OBC and rest 3 comes under unreserved class candidates.
- For fire & safety MT two vacancies are there, both are for unreserved candidates.
- MT Civil has a total of one post for UR
- In Mechanical MT seven no. of the post from that one- one comes under OBC & SC and five for UR
- Five vacancies for Instrumentation which divided between UR and OBC, the ratio is 4:1 respectively.
- Chemical Labs MT the division of vacancies is five come under UR and rest three divided into three categories i.e SC, OBC & OH, one for each, so total is seven.
- 3:1 ratio in Electrical MT post between OBC & UR respectively i.e total no. of post is Four

NFL Management Trainee Eligibility Standards
Age
- For every seven posts, the age criteria are the same i.e maximum age should be 27years but it is exempted for SC/OBC/ST/PwBD/ExSM according to the clause nos. G12 to G15, i.e 5-year relaxation for ST and SC and three years for OBC.
- Ten years of relaxation for UR PWBD candidates and 15 and 13 years for ST/SC and OBC candidates respectively.
- The candidates who belong from Jammu & Kashmir five years relaxation on domicile.
- For already working with government candidates UR age limit will be 40 years, 45, and 43 years for SC/ ST and OBC respectively.
NFL Management Trainee Qualification
The qualification required for all the post either B.Tech/B.E/B.Sc.Engg. or AMIE (Associate Member of Institution of Engineers). As for Mechanical MT required qualification is B.Tech in mechanical or AIME in Mechanical Engineering.
The minimum percentage required for all above mention post is 60 percent. 60 percentile is the aggregate of all eight semesters.
If the result of final year was not declared those candidates are also eligible for the above post, but the candidate must submit their full documents at the time of interview.
Application Fees Details
- The application fees are exempted for SC/PWBD/EXSM/ST candidates. And rest UR/OBC/EWS class candidates have to pay 700 INR for the submission of the application form.
- The fees can be submitted either by net banking or by Debit/Credit cards, or any other mode is not accepted.
- The is Non-refundable, cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
NFL Management Trainee-Steps of Selection Process
Application Process
- Candidates must apply online, fill the basic details of like personal information like age, DOB, name, father’s and mother’s name also about their qualification which includes matriculation certificate, a secondary high certificate, graduation degree
- Experience certificate has to be submitted with employer name with address proof, payslip, about work and responsibilities, serving details
- Submit a valid ID certificate for verification and also submit the scan copy of the 10th class certificate applicable for age proof.
- SC/PWD/ST/OBC/EWS certificate, if applicable
Exam Pattern
- The NFL examination is CBT based which consist of Multiple Choice questions
- The online test divided into two sections, Section A is related to Discipline, and Section B related to Aptitude.
- The total duration of time is two hours
- The mode of examination will be Hindi or English
- 150 will be the total number of questions, from which 100 questions are from the relevant disciple/ degree, and the rest fifty questions will mix with GK, reasoning, aptitude.
- NO negative marking is applicable.
Interview Process
- The step is only for those candidates who qualify for the online test, called for a Face To Face Interview.
- The merit list of shortlisted candidates was uploaded online on NFL site.
- The NFL also sent an SMS on their registered number or email as well for an Interview.
- At the time of an Interview, also verified the documents by application form, if any document is up to the eligibility mark, the candidate will be disqualified at that point time
NFL Management Trainee Final Selection
The final selection is based on 80percent on Online Test and 20 percent on Interview, with the reference of vacancies available as per the category.
