NABARD Grade A Officer Recruitment Eligibility criteria
Age: – for RDBS and Rajbhasha: Candidate’s age must be between 21 to 30 years (as of 1 Sep 2023)
Note: There will be a relaxation in Upper age limit for the reserved category candidates
1) Education qualification for RDBS
General | Bachelor’s degree in any subject from a recognized University having a minimum of 60% marks (there is a relaxation of 5% for SC/ST/PWBD candidates) in aggregate OR having a PG with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate (50% for SC/ST/PWBD) OR having a Ph. D OR Chartered Accountant/ Cost accountant/Company Secretary with Bachelor’s Degree OR having two-year full-time PG Diploma in Management/Full-time MBA Degree from Institutions recognized by GOI/UGC with Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. |

Education qualification For RAJBHASHA
- Must have a bachelor’s degree from any University in English/ Hindi medium (both as a compulsory subject) having a 60% minimum (55% for SC/ST/PWBD) and candidates must be able to translate from English to Hindi and vice versa.
- OR having a PG degree in Hindi with 60% marks (pass class for reserved) and English as a compulsory subject at graduation level OR PG in English with 60% (pass class for reserved) and Hindi as the main subject at graduation level and must be able to translate English to Hindi or vice versa.

The job requirement for the P& SS post is he/ she will be responsible for:
- Watch and ward arrangement as to internal security, passages, entry and exit points, surveillance through CCTV, monitoring, recording, etc. in the banks’ office buildings
- Protocol duties
- Maintenance and security of bank properties
- Must have control over the staff deployed for their duties

How to apply for NABARD Grade A Recruitment 2023?
- First, all candidates need to visit the official website of the NABARD
- https://www.nabard.org
- Now select the “Careers” button and press click here to continue
- Click on the apply online after which you will be redirected to a new page
- There is a separate link for the RDBS
- Now select the tab “Click here for new registration”
- In this fill in all the details, and on submission you will get a provisional registration number and password
- Now login from the details on the page
- Fill all the details stage-wise carefully
- Must validate all the details before submitting
- Upload the documents to their places and preview them if it is not clearly visible then upload them again
- Click on the preview tab to preview all the details filled by you and take a glance at it before final submit
- If all the details are correct submit it finally
- Now click on the payment options tab and proceed to it
- You can pay your fee through the online payment gateway
- Once your payment is successful you will receive a mail or text that you have submitted the form successfully
Points to be noted before registration
- All candidates who satisfy the eligibility for the post of Grade ‘A’ officer may apply online mode only from the official website of the NABARD or from the link given on this page
- But before applying online all candidates must have their scanned copy of:
- Photograph (size must be between 20KB to 50KB)
- Signature (with black ink only) (size must in between 10KB to 20KB)
- Left-hand thumb impression on the white paper with blue or black ink
- And a hand-written note declaration on white paper with black ink (size must not exceed 100KB)
- The hand-written text is as follows:
- “I ………… (Name of the candidates), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

- All candidates must apply before the given dates do not wait for the last day
- Before applying for the post all candidates must ensure that they are eligible for the post they are applying for
- Fill all the details in the application form carefully
- Fill all the personal details as mentioned in your documents
- Because once the application form is submitted no changes will be made thereafter

- Because you will receive intimation of call letter and other information on the given number and IDs

The selection procedure for RDBS and Rajbhasha will go through three phases which are given below:

- All candidates must note that the preliminary examination is just qualifying in nature (screening test).
- Those candidates who secure the cut-off marks which were decided by the NABARD will be called for main examination
- The ratio of the selection of candidates for main examination is 1:25 of the vacancy
- There will be a penalty for wrong attempts in the examination which is one-fourth of the marks assigned to that question (0.25 marks)
Phase II- Mains examination (it will have two papers)
Paper 1:
This General English paper will be common for RDBS and Rajbhasha and it will have descriptive questions
Duration is one and a half hours (90 minutes)

The cut-off for both phases (I and II) of the examination will be applied in two stages i.e.
- On scores in individual tests and;
- On total scores.
Phase III: Interview (50 marks)
- Those candidates who secure the minimum cut-off marks or above in the main examination will be called for the Interview
- The ratio of selection for the Interview process is 1:3 to the vacancy
- The final selection of the candidates for Grade ‘A’ in RDBS/ Rajbhasha will be based on the performance in phase II examination and in the interview
Tie Breaker Situation
In case of a tie (candidates secure the same marks) then the ranking will be based on:
- The candidates with higher marks in Phase II will be ranked higher
- In case of same marks in Phase II then the candidates having the highest qualification will be preferred
- In case of similar qualifications then the higher marks in graduation will be ranked higher
- In further tie then the candidates senior to others will be preferred
Selection procedure for P& SS
- The candidates will be shortlisted and then they will be called for an Interview
- The bank has the right to raise the minimum experience to restrict the number of candidates called for interview
Interview: 100 marks
Appointment of the candidates for P & SS post would be subject to being declared medically fit as per the rules and regulation of the bank
