All candidates are invited to become a part of the IAAD Recruitment drive. Applicants can submit the application form offline to get selected for the advertised position. Candidates getting selected for the position will be working under the officials for a limited period. According to the officials, the period of probation is 2 years. After that, the authority will continue the service of candidates according to their performance. The application process is being conducted for a limited time. The officials are going to select candidates for the Non-Gazetted, Non Ministerial post through direct recruitment.

The officials have set the eligibility conditions for the advertised posts. - Must possess a Higher Secondary School Certificate with a course related to computer proficiency as one of the subjects. Or,
- Aspirants must have computer application knowledge which must be equivalent to the CC of the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology or a Diploma/ Certificate in Computer Application.

The authority also asks candidates to pay a certain application fee while applying for recruitment. Or else, the officials do not consider applications submitted with incomplete fees.
