ESIC UDC Recruitment 2022: ESIC has announced the recruitment of nearly 3847 eligible candidates from across the country for filling the posts of UDC/ MTS and Stenographer. The official notification and application forms for ESIC UDC Recruitment 2021 have been released on 28 December 2021. These vacancies are Group-C, Non-Gazetted, Ministerial vacancies which are released by the Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC).
Latest: Authority has announced that the Entrance Exam for UDC and MTS/Steno is to be held on 19th and 20 March respectively.
ESIC UDC Recruitment 2022
Applications for ESIC UDC recruitment will be invited in online mode. ESIC will not provide any offline application forms to the applicants. Selection of candidates under this recruitment drive is made on the basis of a Preliminary exam, mains, and skill test. ESIC Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
Candidates interested in submitting application for ESIC UDC recruitment must ensure that they fulfil the eligibility requirements as specified in the official notification. You can check the eligibility requirements given below for both the posts-
Age Criteria
- Applicants should be of age group between 18 years to 27 years as on cut-off date.
- Relaxation in upper age limit will also be applicable for reserved category candidates.
Educational Qualification
- For UDC- Applicants should have a bachelors/ equivalent degree from a recognized university. They must also have a working knowledge of Computer.
- For Stenographer- Applicants must have completed class 12th or equivalent from a recognized board. They must have required skills for skill test which includes Dictation and Transcription
How to Apply for ESIC UDC Recruitment 2022?
Application forms for ESIC UDC post will be invited online and applicants can apply through the online portal of the Corporation. For the assistance of candidates, we have explained the application process here in this section through various steps-

- Now, click on “Recruitment” tab given on the homepage.
- Select the notification for respective post from the drop-down menu shown under the recruitment tab.
- Now, applicant will be redirected to a new registration page.
- On this page, fill all the required details.
- An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile. You have to validate it.
- After validation and successful registration, application form will open.
- Fill all the information carefully in the application form.
- Upload requisite documents.
- Make payment of the application fee using the preferred payment mode.
- Submit the application form.

Application for open and reserved category varies. Candidates can make payment of application fee using online payment modes.

ESIC UDC Recruitment Selection Process
ESIC UDC selection process includes various stages and to get appointed for post, applicants have to qualify all the stages. Have a look at the selection process given below-

- 75% Recruitment depends on scores in written exams
- 15% recruitment is based on promotion
- 10% recruitment is done through Departmental exam

ESIC UDC Recruitment Admit Card
Before the commencement of selection exam, ESIC will issue admit cards to the applicants. Hall ticket will be issued only to the registered candidates who successfully submitted their applications. Admit cards can be downloaded from the official website. It is compulsory for each candidate to download the hall ticket before the exam and have to bring it to the examination center on exam day.
