Eligibility Criteria for AWES Army School Recruitment

CTET/TET
Applicants who have not pursued the CTET/TET can also apply for the online screening test. The test is conducted by the Centre and the state and applicants who are not qualified for this test can also apply for the army school recruitment 2023.
AWES Army School Recruitment Selection Process
The selection process for the examination is based on the following phases given below. Applicants clearing the selection rounds will be eligible for recruitment. Please read the information given below.
Stage 1: Screening Exam
The authority shall be conducting the online screening test on 5 and 6 November at various centres across India. Candidates who will be clearing the screening test will get an examination result in the form of a scorecard which will be available for 3 years for teaching posts under the AWES recruitment. The scorecard shall be valid for up to 3 years from the date to issue. Experienced candidates who are currently the holder of scorecards and want to improve their scores. Candidates who previously had the card for TGT can apply for the PGT posts.
The applicant clearing the screening test will then be eligible for the next round of selection i.e. the Interview and Evaluation of Teaching Skills and Computer Proficiency round.
Stage 2: Interview
The interview shall be conducted by the school authority releasing the vacancy of the teacher. The authority shall be inviting the candidates by publishing their advertisement notice on various newspaper Notice boards or School Websites. Applicants will have to apply for the post as it is released. The complete information about the recruitment will be provided at the time of the release of the recruitment notice.
Stage 3: Evaluation of Teaching Skills and Computer Proficiency
The last phase of selection is in which the evaluation of teaching skills and computer proficiency will be checked. The essay and comprehension tests will be conducted for the candidates. Each will be of 15 marks. Computer proficiency depends upon the nature of the post and the school authority.
AWES Army School Recruitment Examination Scheme
The scheme of examination will be helpful for the students planning to secure selection for recruitment. The screening test will be conducted online for PGT/TGT and PRT. The authority will conduct the test of PGT/TGT and PRT separately. Examination for PGT/TGT will be of 180 marks and 3 hours time will be provided for test. - The homepage of the official portal will appear on the screen.
- Applicants have to register themselves to the portal.
- Tap on new user on the homepage.
- The candidates have to check the declaration to proceed further and after that, the application form will appear on the screen.
- Fill in the details asked in the form and tap on submit button after filling in the details.
- After submitting the application form, the login credentials will be sent to your registered phone or mail id.
- Log in with your credentials.
- The applicant can also modify the application form if they found any error on the form by tapping on modify button on the dashboard.
- Check your details and proceed with the registration fee paid.
