Assam Direct Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

In the following section, we mention the detailed eligibility conditions set by the officials for the posts mentioned above. The applications will be considered eligible ones only. Here are the conditions set by the concerned authority:

• Class III Posts:
  • Category 1: Must have completed graduation or graduation + computer certificate/ Diploma/ Stenography or graduation in library science + computer certificate/ 6 months diploma from a recognized educational institute.
  • Category 2: Must have passed HSSLC or its equivalent or HSSLC Science Exam.
  • Category 3: Must have passed HSLC or its equivalent exam along with a valid LMV Driving Licence.
  • The minimum age limit is 18 years, and the maximum is 40 years old.
• Class IV Posts:
  • Minimum Qualifications
    • Must have passed Class 10 or its equivalent exam.
    • Must have passed Class 10 along with ITI in the trade of wireman/ electrician/ fitter/ welder/ machinist/ Electronics Mechanic.
    • Must have read upto Class 8
  • Maximum Qualifications
    • Must have passed Class 12 or its equivalent exam.
  • The minimum age limit is 18 years, and the maximum is 40 years old.

The selection process will be started by commencing the online application process. All interested candidates must fill out the application form within the deadline. After the deadline, no application will be considered. The officials will evaluate the application and start preparing the admit card.

Shortlisted candidates will get the admit card to be carried to the exam hall. The first stage of shortlisting candidates will be a written exam, which will be conducted for Class III and IV Posts. After that, the officials will call shortlisted candidates for Class III posts for skill tests viz. Computer/ Stenography/ Driving Skill tests etc.,

Shortlisted candidates for the Class IV Posts will have to appear for the interview. Finally, the last stage will be the document verification process, which will remain the same for both posts. Please note that individuals must appear and qualify at each stage of the selection process to get the advertised position.

Applicants who are eligible and want to apply for the recruitment will initially have to fill out the application form. The following is the detailed process following which one can easily apply for Assam Direct Recruitment:

• Start the procedure by going to the official portal of the Assam Board of Secondary Education, i.e., https://site.sebaonline.org/
• Secondly, the home page of the portal will directly open on the screen.
• Thirdly, scroll down the home page a little, and you will see two options, i.e., State Level Recruitment Commission for Class III Posts and Class IV Posts.
• Click on any one of the options, and the device will open a new screen.
• There, you will have to locate the registration link, and the online registration form will open.
• Provide the details, for example, email, name, mobile number, gender and other basic details carefully.
• Afterwards, click on the submit option to end the registration process.
• Now, tap on the application link, and the login page will form.
• Provide login details, and the application will finally form on the respective screen.
• Afterwards, you will be asked to enter the correct details into the application form. 
• Once you finish the steps mentioned earlier, upload the required documents to the application. 
• There is no fee for the recruitment, so do not pay any amount to submit the form.
• Take a look at the whole form and make corrections if any error is found.
