  6. Test with single paper of 3 hours can not determine Merit of a candidate and has more content of Chance than skill. The NEET like earlier CPMT should have 4 Papers of 3 houts each for Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany so that:
1-The Test passes through all aspects of the subjects
2- The Chance factor is reduced
3- With increased number of Questions and Marks the Degeneracy problem of numerous Ranks for the Same Marks is reduced to minimum
No admission be allowed the Cutoff Marks of 50th Percentile specified by MCI Regulation which also defines the Percentile with reference to Highest Marks obtained in NEET and is represented by Formula P= 100*( M-m)/M where m = Marks obtained by a candidate and M= the Highest Mark obtained by the 1st Rank . NTA have manipulated the definition f Percentile representing it by P=100*[N- R (m)]/N where N= total number of appeared candidates and R(m)= the Lowest Rank with any Mark m. This is a nonsensical Formula Designed by NTA contravening the MCI Regulations for facilitating the filling of seats of Private Medical Colleges by Riches and NRI at arbitrary rates.
