UP Anganwadi Worker Merit List 2021: The UP Government released vacancies for the recruitment of Anganwadi workers, Mini Anganwadi workers, and helpers in various Anganwadi located at all the districts of the state in January 2021. The publication of district-wise vacancies and applications started in the month of March 2021. The state government has advised the concerned department to complete the Anganwadi recruitment process by 15^th September 2021. Through this recruitment drive, nearly 53000 vacancies of Anganwadi workers, Mini Anganwadi workers, and helpers will be filled in various districts of UP on a contract basis. The selection of candidates will be based on the merit prepared on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying exam.

UP Anganwadi Worker merit list is going to be released soon. It will be published category-wise and district-wise. Uttar Pradesh Anganwadi Worker Merit Criteria

The Selection Committee created for the preparation of the Anganwadi recruitment merit list will be prepared the merit list on the basis of marks of the candidates in the qualifying exams. The recruiting department does not conduct any selection test or interview for recruitment. The merit list is prepared category-wise and district-wise.  

If there is more than one eligible candidate in the same category then a merit list will be prepared for these candidates. उत्तर प्रदेश आँगनवाड़ी मेरिट लिस्ट will be prepared on the basis of high school scores, Intermediate and graduate scores. The total pass percentage of the candidates will be divided by 10 and the result will be considered the final scores of the candidates and on the basis of this score, the merit will be determined.

In case, if there is a tie between the marks of two candidates then the candidate older in age will be considered and placed higher in the merit. If the tie is still not resolved then the candidate with the higher educational qualifications will be considered.   

How to view UP Anganwadi Worker Merit List?

The UP Anganwadi worker merit list for the various posts is likely to be published soon through online mode. It is supposed to be hosted on the official website of the recruiting department, district portals. Apart from this, a merit list could be published on the notice board of the concerned departments and Village panchayat offices.

To check the result online, applicants can follow the step-by-step guide shared below-

• Go to the official website of the Department balvikasup.gov.in.
• Click on the Anganwadi merit list link given on the homepage of the portal.
• Select the concerned post merit list link.
• Now, select respective district and other details and click on submit button.
• The merit list for the selected post will open.
• Search your name in the list and other details.
• Download the merit list for your references.
