NEET State Wise Rank List 2020
NTA announced NEET result on 16th October and , the scores are forwarded to the MCC and state authorities for further proceedings. Once state authorities gets the marks/ scores of the candidates they will prepare the NEET Merit List and the rank list of the candidates. Ranks will be decided on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates. Highest the marks top will be the rank of the candidates. It is easy for top-ranked candidates to secure their preferred seat in the medical/dental college of their choice in the state.
NEET State-wise rank list will be published on different dates on the official websites of the respective authority. On the basis of rank list, candidates will be eligible to participate in the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) i.e. NEET 2020 counseling. The state-wise rank will be released for the 85% seats reserved under the state-quota as per the norms set by the conducting authority. To secure top ranks, candidates should obtain high score in the NEET exam.

NEET (UG) 2020
NEET (UG) for the academic session was successfully conducted on 13th September 2020 and the result was declared on 16th October 2020. It was basically a national level entrance exam conducted on an annual basis for the selection of suitable candidates for admission to MBBS/BDS programs in various government/private/ aided/self-financing medical/ dental institutions/ universities of the state. NEET 2020 was conducted by National Testing Agency, an autonomous institution set under the Ministry of Human Resources Development for organizing various entrance exams in the country.
Earlier, CBSE was the authority responsible for organizing NEET every year. It is mandatory for the candidates who seek admission to MBBS/BDS programs in the medical/dental colleges of India to qualify this exam. Without a valid NEET score, no candidates will be eligible to pursue MBBS/BDS and other medical programs in India (except AIIMS and JIPMER as these institutions conduct their own entrance exam).
