As per the available timetable, the final merit list of MAH CET Final Merit List will be out on 19 July 2023. Earlier, the state common entrance test cell under the government of Maharashtra released the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test round 1 provisional merit list on 14 July 2023. The MHT CET B.E/ B.Tech merit list is for admission into the 1st year of the UG course in Engineering and Technology and also for the Master of Engineering and Technology course. As soon as the candidate gets the update on the declaration of the MHT CET Merit List for the BE/B. Tech and M.Tech, then the applicants can simply follow the below steps and can view their provisional merit list and download that for the objections to be raised further.
- Firstly, visit the official website of the authority at https://cetcell.mahacet.org/.
- After entering the above address, the candidate will be able to see the homepage.
- Now the applicant can see an “Undergraduate Course” section. Click on that section.
- A new page opens and the candidate can see three sections named News, Notifications and Downloads.
- Under the notification section candidate will see a link as “Merit List of B.E/ B.Tech and Masters of Engineering and Technology 2023”.
- The applicant can click on the above-mentioned link and a pdf gets open on the screen.
- The applicant can check their name on the provisional merit list and can download it for further stages of admission.
Details in MHT CET Counselling Round 1 Merit List
After the declaration of the merit list for the B.Tech/B.E and for the Masters of Engineering and Technology, the candidates need to check the details present in the provisional merit list. Moreover, if the applicant finds his name in the merit list with some errors in the basic details of the candidate, then the candidate can object to those grievances by uploading their documents through the candidate login section between the specified dates. Apart from this, the candidates can also visit the office and submit their documents.
The details to be checked in the merit list are:
- Applicant name- The name of the applicant should be checked properly with the spellings provided by the authority.
- CAP Application Number- The CAP application number is also mentioned in the provisional merit list. It should also be checked by the candidates.
- The gender of the candidate and their date of birth is also mentioned in the list. The applicants need to check that. It should be mentioned correctly.
- Category of the candidate.
- Sort of Candidature is also mentioned in the provisional list.
- Status of the minority if applied in that category.
- Physically handicapped status is in that category.
- Marks received by the candidate in the CET.
- Marks obtained in the standard 10th and 12th.
- In the end, the candidate’s status of the application is mentioned and the status of their documents is also specified in the list. The candidate needs to submit the docs accordingly.
