MHT CET LAW 5 Year-Round II Final Merit List 2022: After the completion of the round 2 registration and document verification process for MH CET LAW 5 year for Integrated course the authority releases its alphabetical merit list on 3 November. The grievance submission period is also completed now the authority will release the final merit list on 10 November.

Maharashtra CET Cell has started the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) for granting admission to candidates in LLB courses. The admission for 3 years LLB program and 5 years (Integrated) LLB course is conducted separately. Procedure to check MH CET LAW Merit List 2022

MH CET LAW 2022 merit list for 5 years LAW programs will be posted on the official website as per the schedule. The merit list can be accessed only in online mode as no other mode is available. To check the merit list, applicants have to follow the instructions provided below-  

  • Step 1- Open the official website of MHT CET.
  • Step 2– Click on the “LLB 5 years (Integrated)” option.
  • Step 3- The CAP application page for the selected program will open.
  • Step 4- Now, on the CAP page click on Merit List link.    
  • Step 5- Now, enter the login details, if asked.
  • Step 6-Merit list for the selected round will open.
  • Step 7- Check the list and merit details carefully.   
  • Step 8- Download the merit list for further reference.

MH CET LAW Merit List Preparation

The merit list is going to be prepared on the basis of the scores of the candidates in the CET exam conducted by the CET Cell, Maharashtra. Depending on the merit further admission procedure such as seat allotment, reporting, etc., will be carried out.

Tie-Breaking Criteria

While preparing the merit list, if there is a tie between the scores of two or more candidates then the following criteria will be followed to determine the relative merit of the given order-

  • Higher marks percentage of marks in Qualifying Exam (i.e. HSC/ class 12th or equivalent
    exam),
  • Higher marks percentage in 1st language subject in class 12th/ HSC or equivalent
    exam,
  • Higher marks percentage in SSC/ class 10th exam,
